Onboarding sessions: getting the next one booked

Hi Ashok, Thanks for your time on the last call. I wanted to get the next onboarding session into the diary before the end of the day, so it does not drift. What I would like to cover is the delivery system connector and the first pass at the trade account mapping, so that the branch, credit and key-account teams all see the same account. I think a couple of hours is right. Would Wednesday or Thursday next week suit you? Mornings are better on my side, but I can work around you. It would help if you could send over whatever you have on how account numbers differ between the branch system and the credit system. I know that is the part that will take the most care. Hi Laura, Thanks. Wednesday morning works for me, Thursday is full. Since we last spoke I have loaded one branch from the branch system into the test area, and checked its trade accounts against the ledger. Most match. A handful do not, and the data says otherwise to what I was told about how the numbers are formed. I will send a screenshot of the mismatches before Wednesday so you can see them. One question: which account number is that going to key on in B-Viz, the branch one or the credit one? I would rather settle it before I switch anything else on. I will test the delivery connector on one branch first, as before, and not across the group. Ashok

Hi Ashok, Wednesday morning it is. I will send the invite this afternoon. Good to hear you are testing on one branch first, that is exactly how I would want it done. On the account number, I would rather not guess. Let me look at how the mapping is set up on our side and we can agree it together at the start of the session. Your screenshot will help a lot, so please do send it when you can. If the mismatches turn out to be down to the source rather than the load, we can note them and decide what to do about them then, rather than fixing anything in a hurry. Thanks, Laura
