Onboarding session: after the first load

Hi Ashok, Thanks for this morning. The test branch loaded and the order and credit fields map cleanly onto your account number, including the accounts from your screenshot. I have written all of that into the setup note so it is in one place. What I need from your side is: - a quick look at the loaded records for three or four trade accounts you know well, to confirm they match what you see in the ledger - the go-ahead to add a second branch, ideally one that uses the credit system differently from the first - an update on the delivery system access Before we switch on the nightly refresh, I want the second branch checked too. If those two agree, the refresh can go on and we widen out from there. Could you let me know by early next week how the checks look? I will plan the next session around your answer. Thanks, Callie

Callie, I have looked at four accounts. Three match the ledger. One shows a balance that is slightly different, and I think that is a timing difference on when credit posts, but I have not confirmed it, so I will not say it is fine yet. I will check with a colleague in our credit team on Monday. Second branch: yes, once the balance question is settled. I would pick one of the larger branches. I will test it on one branch first before anything else goes in. Delivery system access: still no news. I have asked again. Ashok
