As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Callie Brennan asks Neil Craven for a two-hour kickoff slot. Neil replies a week later, offers Tuesday or Wednesday mornings and commits Gillian, Ashok and an area manager. Mostly logistical, with a clear sign of engagement.
Ask: Callie wanted a two-hour kickoff with Neil, Ashok, trade credit and branch operations, and written access to each system before any connector starts.
Customer view: Neil apologised for the slow reply, then committed attendees and said "Let's sort it, not talk about it." He wants branch operations represented by an area manager who deals with trade accounts daily.
Next: Neil is to confirm the area manager's name. Ashok will test the checklist on one branch first.

- Callie Brennan 27 Feb 2025 09:21Hi Neil, Thanks for your time on the call. As promised, here is the plan for getting the kickoff in the diary. What I need from your side is a slot of about two hours, ideally early next week, with you, Ashok and whoever looks after the trade credit side. Gillian would be the natural person there, but that's your call. I'd like branch operations represented too, even if it's just one person, so the first mapping reflects how a branch actually looks up a trade account. The agenda for the session is: - the plan for the next few weeks, with a date against every step - which sources we connect first (I'd suggest orders and deliveries, then credit, then calls) - who owns each source on your side - what a good first refresh looks like to you One thing to flag now, so it doesn't slow us down later: I never start a connector without written access, so credentials for each system need to reach me before the kickoff, not after. Ashok will know what's needed. I'll send him a short checklist separately once we have a date, so he isn't hearing it from you second-hand. Could you let me know which days suit you? Mornings are easiest for me, but I can flex. Thanks, Callie
- Neil Craven 4 Mar 2025 09:28Callie, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy few days. A couple of the big housebuilder accounts were on the phone before I'd got my coat off on Monday, so this got pushed down the list. Tuesday or Wednesday next week would work for me, mornings. Thursday is no good, I'm out visiting branches most of the day. I'd rather have the session at the start of the week than the end, so we don't lose momentum. I've had a word with Gillian and she'll join. Ashok is in. For branch operations I'm going to ask one of our area managers, someone who deals with trade accounts every day. They'll tell you what the builder is actually seeing, which is what matters. I'll confirm the name once I've checked their diary. Good idea to send Ashok the checklist direct. He'll want to test it on one branch first, knowing him, and that's fine by me. Let's sort it, not talk about it. Cheers, Neil
