What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lewis Kerr sent the Enterprise proposal at £144k total deal value ex VAT. Fiona Metcalfe asked for the implementation and subscription split for the board, and said she will read it before commenting on price and will not be rushed.
Ask: Fiona wants the £144k split in pounds between the one-off implementation and the recurring subscription, so she can explain each to the board.
Customer view: She is careful and unhurried. She will read the breakdown before saying anything on price and wants to see how usage would be shown once live.
Next: Lewis promised a one-page breakdown the same day, sent to Fiona and Neil together, with VAT and the included users and connectors.

- Lewis Kerr 16 Jan 2025 09:19Hello Neil, hello Fiona, Thank you both for your time yesterday. As promised, the proposal for the Enterprise subscription is attached. The total value of the deal is £143,500, ex VAT, and that figure includes the one-off implementation fee as well as the subscription. To recap what we covered: branch, trade-credit and key-account teams would see each trade account's orders, deliveries, calls and credit together, built and run inside your own Snowflake account. The proposal also sets out the security review support that comes with Enterprise, and the implementation plan. Our current aim is to have an order form agreed by 14 Feb 2025, but that depends entirely on what you need to see first. If there are questions on terms or on how we'd measure value, send them to me and I'll answer in writing rather than on a call. Kind regards, Lewis Lewis Kerr Account Executive, BG-Demo
- Fiona Metcalfe 17 Jan 2025 08:32Lewis, Thank you for the proposal. One question. The £143,500: in pounds, please, how much of that is the one-off implementation and how much is the recurring subscription? I need to explain both to the board separately. Fiona Metcalfe
- Lewis Kerr 17 Jan 2025 11:09Fiona, A fair question. I don't want to quote the split from memory, so I'm taking it from the proposal pricing schedule and I'll send you a one-page breakdown today, with the implementation fee and the annual subscription shown separately and the VAT position on each. To be clear in the meantime, £143,500 is the total deal value and should not be read as the annual price. I'll also put in the connectors and users included in Enterprise so the board paper has everything on one sheet. I'll send that over today. Kind regards, Lewis
- Fiona Metcalfe 17 Jan 2025 12:42Lewis, That is helpful, thank you. Please send it to me and Neil together. I'll read it before I say anything further on price, and I will want to see how we'd show usage once it is live. We won't be rushed on the timing. Fiona Metcalfe
