What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Mostly logistical: Lewis Kerr proposes a walkthrough of the drafted Enterprise proposal. Neil Craven picks Wednesday 10:00, says Fiona Metcalfe will join but will not agree anything on the call, and asks for a real builder's account example.
Ask: Lewis wants forty-five minutes to walk Neil through the drafted Enterprise proposal, with Fiona joining for the commercial section.
Customer view: Neil accepts a Wednesday slot and warns that Fiona wants to read the terms first and ask questions after. He wants to see what a builder's account looks like when someone rings about a late delivery, including which branch and which account.
Next: Lewis sends the invite and prepares a key-account demonstration using a trade account example.

- Lewis Kerr 10 Jan 2025 09:46Hello Neil, Thanks for your time on our last call. To put a number on where we are: the proposal for Enterprise is drafted and I'd like to walk you through it before it goes any wider. Could we find forty-five minutes next week? I'm free Tuesday or Wednesday morning, or Thursday after lunch. If it suits you, I'd suggest Fiona joins for the commercial section, since you mentioned she will want to see the terms before anything moves. I can run the first half with you alone and bring her in for the rest, so you aren't both sitting through the product detail. On the content, I'll cover how the branch, trade-credit and key-account teams would each see a trade account's orders, deliveries, calls and credit in one place, and what the implementation looks like from our side. Prices in the proposal are shown ex VAT, and I'll make the VAT position clear on every line. If you can tell me which of those slots works, I'll send the invite today. Kind regards, Lewis Lewis Kerr Account Executive, BG-Demo
- Neil Craven 13 Jan 2025 08:48Lewis, Thanks for this. Wednesday morning works for me, say 10:00. Tuesday is no good, I've got branch visits. I've had a word with Fiona. She'll join for the commercial part but she was clear she won't agree anything on the call. She wants to read it properly first and ask her questions after. That's just how she is, so don't take it personally. One thing from my side. When you cover the key-account bit, show me what a builder's account actually looks like when somebody rings up about a late delivery. Which branch, which account? That's what my lot will ask. Let's sort it, not talk about it. Send the invite over and I'll forward it to Fiona's office. Cheers, Neil
