What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Largely logistical: Lewis Kerr and Neil Craven agreed a Thursday morning demo on the customer's own trade-account data, with 10:00 proposed. Neil asked for a summary for Fiona afterwards.
Ask: Lewis wanted accounts and attendees. Neil offered one big housebuilder and one smaller account that causes credit trouble, plus himself, a credit controller and a key-account manager.
Customer view: Neil is keen and brisk ("Let's sort it, not talk about it"). He wants Fiona to get a summary, not the full session.
Next: Neil sends the two account names; Lewis sends the invitation and a short summary for Fiona.

- Lewis Kerr 27 Dec 2024 16:27Hello Neil, I hope you had a good Christmas. I wanted to get the demo into the diary before the new year gets busy. As discussed, we'd run it on your own trade-account data, so the branch, credit and key-account teams can see a real account rather than a sample. To do that properly, I'll need to know which accounts you'd like us to look at, and who from the three teams should be in the room. Could you suggest a date in the first couple of weeks of January? I'll fit around you. Kind regards, Lewis
- Neil Craven 27 Dec 2024 18:15Lewis, Happy Christmas. Quiet in the office, which is a relief. For accounts, pick one of the big housebuilders, we'll sort out which, and one smaller trade account that gives us bother over credit. Which branch, which account? I'll get names to you. People: me, someone from credit control and one of the key-account managers. Fiona will want a summary afterwards rather than the full session. Week after next suits, Thursday morning. Let's sort it, not talk about it. Cheers, Neil
- Lewis Kerr 30 Dec 2024 08:36Neil, Thank you. Thursday morning in the week after next works for me. I'll send the invitation today for 10:00 and I'll bring a colleague from our team to run the data side. Once you have the two account names, send them over and I'll check what we can show from your systems. I'll also prepare a short summary for Fiona, as you suggest. Kind regards, Lewis
