Finding a time for our next check-in

Hi Rebecca, Hope your week's going well. I wanted to get our next check-in into the diary before things fill up. Last time we agreed to look again at how the teams are using B-Viz, and Tariq was going to sort out the user list. I'd like to pick up from there and walk through the latest usage with you. I'll share my screen and show you what I've pulled, so we're both looking at the same thing. A few things I'd like to cover: - where usage stands now compared with the summer - which teams might benefit from a short refresher - anything you need from us before the contract review later in the year Would you be free for half an hour at some point next week? Hello Marcus, Thanks for this. Yes, let's do it. Tuesday or Thursday morning next week would suit me, ideally before ten, as the helpline is quieter then. Wednesday is difficult because of our member forum. If neither of those works, the following Monday is a possibility. On your list, I'd add one thing. I'd like to be sure that when a relationship manager prepares for a member's renewal, they can see policies, claims and calls together without hunting for them. That's why we brought B-Viz in, and I want to check we haven't drifted from it. Is that the whole picture on usage, or are there other things you're seeing?
