What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus flagged fewer weekly active users despite 80 licences. Rebecca agreed it is not just summer: some relationship managers went back to spreadsheets and a team member moved on. She wants to use the QBR and bring Kirsty.
Ask: Marcus raised the change in who logs in and proposed a short call, then a full QBR. Rebecca was open about the cause and asked whether there was more in the data.
Customer view: She links lower use to members telling staff things twice, which is what Kelbrook bought B-Viz to stop. Contract or term matters must go through Malcolm.
Next: Marcus offered a short call the next day and QBR dates the following week, with Kirsty included. He will involve Tom Ashdown if anything commercial arises.

- Marcus Bell 27 Aug 2026 15:35Hi Rebecca, Hope the week is going well. I'd like to get our next QBR in the diary, and I wanted to ask you first before sending anything wider. I've pulled the numbers ahead of time, and I'll be straight with you: the pattern of who is logging in has changed over the last few months. Fewer people are active in a typical week than earlier in the year, even though you have 80 licensed users. It might be nothing more than the summer, but I'd rather look at it with you than guess. What I'd like to cover: - who is using B-Viz day to day, and in which teams - what member services, underwriting and claims are asking it - anything that has got in the way, or that you'd like it to do and it doesn't As we said on our last call, I don't want this to be a slide deck. Happy to jump on a call and share my screen so we can go through it together. Shall we book 30 minutes to agree the shape of the session, and then pick a date for the full QBR? Let me know which days suit you in the next couple of weeks. Thanks, Marcus
- Rebecca Ainsworth 1 Sep 2026 14:46Hi Marcus, Thanks for flagging this, and for not just sending a calendar invite out of the blue. I think you're right about the logins, and it isn't only the summer. A couple of the relationship managers went back to their own spreadsheets when things got busy, and I haven't had the time to pull them back. One of my team also moved onto other work, so that hasn't helped. I'd rather say that now than have you find it in the figures. What I keep asking myself is what the member sees. If our people aren't opening B-Viz before a renewal meeting, then members are telling us things twice, and that's exactly what we bought it to stop. So I do want to use the QBR properly. I can do a short call on Thursday or Friday this week, or any day next week apart from Monday. Is that the whole picture on your side, or is there something else in the data you wanted to raise? I'd like to bring Kirsty along to the main session, as her schools members are the ones who get most from it. One caveat: anything about the contract or the term needs to go through Malcolm, so I can't agree anything on that side on my own. Kind regards, Rebecca
- Marcus Bell 3 Sep 2026 13:47Hi Rebecca, Thanks, that's really helpful, and I appreciate you being so open about it. Let's do the short call tomorrow if that works for you. I'll send an invite for 30 minutes and keep it practical. I'll bring: - a simple view of which teams are asking questions and which have gone quiet - a list of the places where a quick refresher would help most - a couple of questions for you about what Kirsty's schools work needs There's nothing to agree on contract or term, so Malcolm doesn't need to be involved yet. This is just about getting more value from what you already have. If anything does come up that touches the commercial side, I'll bring in Tom Ashdown, who looks after the account, and he can speak to Malcolm directly. Once we've talked, I'll suggest two or three dates for the full QBR next week and include Kirsty from the start. Thanks, Marcus
