What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Largely logistical: Marcus and Rebecca agreed a Wednesday late-morning check-in. Rebecca asked whether there is more to B-Viz than showing calls beside policy details, and Marcus promised a demo on Kelbrook's own data.
Ask: Marcus proposed a 30 minute check-in covering the claims session and a recent ticket. Rebecca chose Wednesday late morning.
Customer view: Relationship managers want recent calls beside policy details without switching screens. Her question, whether there is more they are not using, suggests unmet interest in wider use.
Next: Marcus will send the invite and bring a demo on Kelbrook's own data. Tariq may join for the data side.

- Marcus Bell 25 Jun 2026 08:23Hi Rebecca, Hope the week is going well. Shall we book 30 minutes for our next check-in? I'd like to cover how the claims session landed, and the one ticket that came in recently, which I'll have the details on before we speak. I'm free on Tuesday or Wednesday next week, any time before lunch. Let me know what suits you and I'll send an invite. Thanks, Marcus
- Rebecca Ainsworth 25 Jun 2026 10:26Hi Marcus, Thanks for this. Tuesday is awkward as I have a run of renewal meetings with schools and a couple of churches, and I want to be properly prepared for those. Wednesday morning would be better, perhaps late morning? One thing I'd like to get on the agenda: a few of the relationship managers asked whether they can see a member's recent calls next to their policy details without switching screens. Is that the whole picture of what's possible, or is there more we aren't using? Kind regards, Rebecca
- Marcus Bell 25 Jun 2026 12:26Hi Rebecca, Wednesday late morning works for me, so I'll send the invite now. On the relationship managers' question, I think there's more we can show them, and I'll bring a quick demo on your own data rather than talk it through. I'll share my screen at the start and say what I want to cover. If Tariq wants to join for the data side, do pull him in. Thanks, Marcus
