- Alice Brewer 5 Jun 2026 12:45Dear Judith, I'm writing on behalf of BG-Demo to invite you to our Customer Day in London on Thursday 11 June 2026. It is an in-person day, and the room is made up of the people who use B-Viz every day and the team who build and support it. The story here is simple. Customers tell us the most useful part of the day is hearing how other organisations have changed the way their teams work with their own data, and then talking it through over lunch with people facing the same questions. Mutuals in particular have said they value that kind of conversation, because the questions members raise are often the same from one organisation to the next. Kelbrook has been a customer since 17 Jan 2024, and I know member services, underwriting and claims all use B-Viz now. If you or any of your colleagues from those teams would like to come, we would be very glad to have you. You are welcome to bring more than one person, and I am happy to hold places for the teams rather than just for you. I should be clear that this is an invitation and not a sales event. Nobody will be asked for a decision, and there is no obligation to speak. If you would rather simply listen and meet the team, that is entirely fine. Could you let me know by reply whether you can join us, and who else from Kelbrook might come? Once I have names I will send the venue details and the running order. If you would like to speak with your account team first, Marcus Bell and Tom Ashdown are both happy to talk it through. I appreciate this is short notice, and I understand if the diary does not allow it. If the day does not work, I would still like to keep you on the list for the next one. Best, Alice Alice Brewer Head of Marketing, BG-Demo
