What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell's notes record fewer active users than last quarter and only a fraction of 80 licences active. Rebecca Ainsworth confirms the record, attributes the dip partly to absence, and welcomes a refresher and a team usage summary.
Customer view: Rebecca calls the notes fair and says not to read too much into the dip, but agrees it should not be left. She wants the refresher framed around preparing for a member's renewal.
Ask: she wants the usage summary by team, to share with underwriting and claims colleagues.
Next: Marcus owes the summary and a refresher plan. No tickets are open and invoices are up to date, per his notes.

- Marcus Bell 1 Jun 2026 17:47Hi Rebecca, Thanks for your time today. Here are my notes from the check-in, so we both have the same record. What we covered: - usage: I've pulled the numbers and the number of active people is a little lower than last quarter. Nothing dramatic, but worth keeping an eye on - support: no tickets open at the moment, which is good - licences: you have 80 licensed users under the Growth tier, and only a fraction of those are active in a typical month - invoices: all up to date on our side Actions: - you'll think about which teams could get more from B-Viz, particularly underwriting - I'll send over a short usage summary by team so you can see who is asking the questions - we'll look at a short refresher session for anyone who hasn't logged in recently Please correct anything I've got wrong. Happy to jump on a call if it's easier to talk it through, or shall we book 30 minutes next week? Thanks, Marcus
- Rebecca Ainsworth 1 Jun 2026 18:02Hello Marcus, Thank you, that's a fair record of what we said. I'd add one point: the dip in users is partly down to a few people being away and a busy period for the team, so I wouldn't read too much into it yet. But I agree we shouldn't leave it. The refresher session would be welcome. What does the member see at the end of it? That's what I always come back to, so if we can frame it around preparing for a member's renewal, I think more people will turn up. The usage summary by team would be useful too. Please send it when it's ready and I'll share it with my colleagues in underwriting and claims. I'm sure they will have views. Kind regards, Rebecca
