Rebecca Ainsworth agrees to a call and asks how many of her team actually use B-Viz against licensed seats, suspecting fewer than should. Marcus Bell confirms a Thursday 10:00 slot and will send the report.

Ask: Rebecca wants a call, not a visit, and puts licensed users against daily users on the agenda. She says she has a feeling it is fewer than it should be.

Customer view: she is candid and wants to look at the numbers together rather than guess. She asks whether there is more in the usage report she should be seeing.

Next: Marcus proposes Thursday of the following week at 10:00, with Friday morning as fallback, and will attach the report to the invitation.

Hi Rebecca, It's time to get our quarterly review in the diary. As usual, I'll bring the usage report and we can use the time to look at how things have gone since we last sat down and what you would like to focus on over the coming months. A few things I plan to have ready: - the usage trends for your teams, with the questions asked and who is asking them - a short summary of your connectors and how fresh the data has been - any support requests from the last quarter (I believe there have been very few) - a list of things we could do to help your relationship managers get more out of it Could you let me know a couple of times that work for you over the next week or two? I'd suggest about an hour so we are not rushed. Happy to jump on a call, or I can come to you in Leeds if you would rather do it in person. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Thanks for this. A call suits me better than a visit this time, as I have members' renewals stacking up and I'd rather not lose a day to travel. Next week is tight for me. The week after is better: Thursday morning would work, or Friday if that falls through. Earlier in the day is best, before the phones get busy. One thing I'd like on the agenda. I'd like to understand how many of my team are actually using it day to day compared with the number of people we have licences for. I have a feeling it's fewer than it should be, and I'd rather look at that together than guess. Is that the whole picture, or is there more in the usage report I should be seeing? Let's not make anyone tell us twice what they've asked before. If you can send the report across beforehand, I'll read it on the train. Hi Rebecca, Sorry for the slow reply, I wanted to have the report in a fit state before coming back to you. Thursday next week works for me. Let's go with 10:00 and I'll send the invitation straight after this. If anything changes on your side, Friday morning is still free and I can move it. On your question about licences and who is using it: yes, I've pulled the numbers and I'll go through them with you on the call. I'll show how usage looks across the teams and who is asking the most questions, and then we can decide together what is worth doing. I'll attach the report to the invitation so you can read it beforehand. Thanks, Marcus
