Mainly logistical. Marcus Bell asked to book 30 minutes; Rebecca Ainsworth offered Thursday at 10:00 and said the relationship managers are mostly willing to be observed, but she wants to agree what Marcus would see first.

Ask: Marcus proposed covering usage spread, the one ticket this month and observing how relationship managers prepare for renewal meetings.

Customer view: Rebecca is cooperative and replied within the hour. She is careful about scope of access to member information.

Next: Confirm Thursday at 10:00 and agree what Marcus would and would not see.

Hi Rebecca, Quick one on scheduling. Following our last conversation, shall we book 30 minutes for the next check-in? I'd like to cover: - how usage is spreading across member services, underwriting and claims - the one ticket we've had this month, and whether anything else is bothering your team - whether the relationship managers would be happy for me to see how they prepare for a renewal meeting I can do most days next week, mornings or afternoons. If it's easier to do it in two shorter calls I'm happy with that too. Thanks, Marcus

Hello Marcus, Thanks for the note. Next week is fairly full for me, but Thursday morning looks open. Could you do 10:00? If not, tell me what works and I'll move something. On your list, the ticket and the usage are fine to cover. On the relationship managers, I've asked them and the answer is mostly yes, but I'd like to go through it with you first so I'm clear what you'd see and what you wouldn't. Is that all right? Kind regards, Rebecca
