What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell asked to book a check-in to review usage and tickets. Rebecca Ainsworth agreed, asked for Tariq to attend, and cited a renewal meeting where B-Viz gave a relationship manager the full policy history. She asked if teams are being missed.
Ask: Marcus proposed 30 minutes to cover usage by team, active users out of 80 licensed, recent tickets and anything to look at before the next quarterly review.
Customer view: Rebecca is positive and ties B-Viz to the reason it was bought. She asked whether there are teams not yet reached, which is a question about spread of adoption.
Next: Book Friday mid-morning with Tariq, and bring usage by team to answer her question.

- Marcus Bell 30 Mar 2026 09:06Hi Rebecca, Hope you had a good weekend. Since our last call I've pulled the numbers for Kelbrook and I'd like to book a check-in to go through them with you. Here's what I'd cover: - How member services, underwriting and claims are using B-Viz, and who is asking the questions - Which of your 80 licensed users are active and which teams might want more help getting started - The couple of support tickets from the last few weeks and how they were resolved - Anything you'd like us to look at before your next quarterly review Shall we book 30 minutes later this week? Thursday or Friday would suit me, and I'm happy to jump on a call whenever suits you. If anyone else should be there, such as Tariq or Kirsty, just say. Thanks, Marcus
- Rebecca Ainsworth 31 Mar 2026 14:09Hi Marcus, Thanks for this, and sorry for the slow reply. It's been a busy few days on the helpline. One of our relationship managers walked into a school renewal last week already knowing the policy history and the recent claims calls, and the governors noticed. That's exactly what we brought B-Viz in for, so I'm keen to hear what the numbers say. Friday works better for me than Thursday. Mid-morning would be ideal. Please do include Tariq, as he will know the detail on the loads better than I do. I'll ask Kirsty whether she has anything she wants raised, since her team is using it most for the schools. One question for the agenda: is that the whole picture on usage, or are there teams we're not reaching yet? I'd rather know now. Kind regards, Rebecca
