What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell proposed a Growth quarterly review built on usage figures. Rebecca Ainsworth wants the usage comparison at the centre, will ask Malcolm to join, and asked that every figure state its base.
Ask: Marcus plans questions asked against a year earlier, users against the 80 licensed users, connectors, dashboards and tickets by category. Rebecca will send slots, mornings preferred.
Customer view: she asks what the member sees as a result. Malcolm wants numbers with their base.
Next: Rebecca to send slots; Marcus to label each figure's base.

- Marcus Bell 9 Feb 2026 10:31Hi Rebecca, Following on from our check-in, I'd like to set up the quarterly business review that comes with your Growth plan. I've pulled the numbers and will build the pack around them, so it's mostly ready once we have a date. This is what I plan to put in front of you: - questions asked over the last few months compared with the same period a year ago - who is using B-Viz, set against the 80 licensed users, so we can see where there's headroom - the connectors you have switched on and whether records are still flowing in from each - the dashboards your team has built so far - the support tickets, grouped by what they were about Would it help to have Malcolm there for the value part? I know he likes to see the full term and what the money delivers for members. That's your call, and I'm happy either way. Could you give me two or three slots that suit you over the next couple of weeks? An hour should do it. Thanks, Marcus
- Rebecca Ainsworth 9 Feb 2026 10:52Hello Marcus, That sounds like the right shape. I'd like the usage comparison to be the centre of it, because that's what I take to the rest of the team. What does the member see as a result? That is what I'll be asking. I'll ask Malcolm whether he can join for the last part. He may well say yes, but I can't promise it, and he tends to want the numbers with their base, so please make sure each figure says what it is measured against. Mornings are best for me. I'll check the diary and send you a few slots by the end of the week. Kind regards, Rebecca
