What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell asked Rebecca Ainsworth for a check-in. She agreed to Thursday at 10:00, gave a clear example of value to members, and said any price or contract talk belongs with Malcolm.
Customer view: Rebecca described a school renewal where the team saw policy, claim and call history together, which is what she wanted from B-Viz. She asked whether the support ticket numbers hide anything.
Risk: she cannot agree anything on price or contract without Malcolm. Marcus noted the contract runs to 16 Jan 2028, so nothing commercial is urgent.
Next: Marcus to send the invite and answer her ticket question openly.

- Marcus Bell 4 Feb 2026 08:33Hi Rebecca, Hope the week is going well. I'd like to get a check-in in the diary with you now the new term is under way. The contract now runs to 16 Jan 2028, so there's no rush on anything commercial. This is just a chance to see how B-Viz is working for member services. I've pulled the numbers, and here is what I'd like to cover: - how your team is using B-Viz day to day, and who is asking the most questions - the two support tickets from the last few weeks, one of which was marked high priority, and whether you're happy with how they were handled - anything the relationship managers wish it did that it doesn't - whether underwriting and claims are getting what they need from it Shall we book half an hour? I'm free on Tuesday or Thursday next week, any time from 10:00. Happy to jump on a call or do it on Teams, whichever you prefer. Thanks, Marcus
- Rebecca Ainsworth 6 Feb 2026 10:49Hello Marcus, Thanks for this. Thursday at 10:00 works for me, so please send an invite. A quick story, because it's why I care about these calls. One of the team had a school's renewal conversation this week and could see the policy, the earlier claim and the last phone call all in one place. The member didn't have to explain anything twice, and that's exactly what I wanted when we brought you in. On the tickets, I think we were fine, but I'd like to hear your view as well. Is that the whole picture, or is there something in the numbers I should know about? I'd rather hear it from you than find out later. One thing I should say up front. If anything on the call touches price or the contract, that is a conversation for Malcolm, and I can't agree anything without him. I'm happy to keep it to how the team uses the product. See you Thursday. Kind regards, Rebecca
