On 3 Oct 2025 Marcus Bell asked Rebecca Ainsworth to book the next QBR, noting the Growth contract runs to 16 Jan 2026 and offering a renewal discussion with Tom Ashdown. No customer response in the thread.

Ask: Marcus wants an hour, or half an hour, to cover usage, anything not working well and plans. He reports active users up on last quarter, low ticket volume with one open, and says the renewal part is Rebecca's call.

Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so her stance on renewal is not shown.

Next: Rebecca to send slots; the renewal date is close.

Hi Rebecca, It's time to get our next quarterly review booked in, as part of your Growth subscription. I'd like to do it sooner rather than later, as your contract runs to 16 Jan 2026 and I want us to have plenty of room to talk about what comes next. I've pulled the numbers and the picture is encouraging. A few headlines: - active users have crept up on last quarter and sit comfortably inside your 80 licensed users - ticket volume has been low, with one open recently - I'd like to show you who is asking the most questions, so we can see where the value is landing across member services, underwriting and claims For the review itself I'd suggest we cover usage, anything that isn't working as well as you'd like, and your plans for the coming months. I'll invite Tom Ashdown for the second part if you'd like to talk about the renewal. That's entirely your call. Shall we book an hour, or half an hour if you're short of time? Happy to jump on a call at whatever time suits you. Send me a couple of slots and I'll make them work. Thanks, Marcus
