Marcus Bell proposed a 30-minute check-in on 27 Jun 2025. Rebecca Ainsworth agreed, preferring Tuesday or Thursday mornings, and asked which teams are asking the questions.

Ask: Rebecca wants a view of which teams use B-Viz, and whether it is still mostly her own team or whether underwriting and claims are also using it.

Customer view: she is cooperative but wants shared facts, asking "Is that the whole picture?". That points to concern about uneven adoption beyond member services.

Next: Marcus needs to send an invite and prepare usage by team.

Morning Rebecca, Hope the week has ended well. Shall we book 30 minutes for a check-in next week? I'd like to share my screen and cover three things: - how the relationship managers are getting on with asking questions ahead of member renewals - the support ticket from the last few weeks, so you can see where it got to - anything you'd like us to look at before the next QBR I've pulled the latest usage numbers and they're a bit better than last time, so there's something useful to show. Let me know which days suit you and I'll send an invite. Thanks, Marcus

Hello Marcus, Thank you, that sounds sensible. Next week is fairly full, but Tuesday or Thursday morning would work for me. Earlier is better, as I am usually in member meetings by the afternoon. One request: could you include a view of which teams are asking the questions? I'd like to know whether it's still mostly my own team, or whether underwriting and claims are using it too. Is that the whole picture? I'd rather not make anyone tell us twice, and I want to be sure we're all looking at the same facts. Kind regards, Rebecca
