Dear Rebecca, I hope you are well. I'm writing to invite you to our Revenue leaders roundtable, which we are holding in person in London on Tuesday 27 May 2025. It is a small, informal session for people who lead teams that deal directly with customers and members. The idea is simple: a handful of leaders from different organisations compare notes on how they prepare their teams for renewal conversations and what has and hasn't worked. There are no slides to sit through. It is a conversation, and we would value your view on how Kelbrook Mutual Insurance puts the member's full picture in front of its relationship managers before every meeting. I thought of you in particular because of the way your team has built B-Viz into member renewals. Other people in the room will find that useful to hear, and I think you may pick up a few ideas yourself. If you can come, please reply to me and I will add you to the list and send the venue and timings nearer the day. If a colleague from underwriting or claims would also like to attend, they would be very welcome. And if the date doesn't work, please tell me anyway, as we run these regularly and I would like to make sure you hear about the next one. Marcus will continue to be your day-to-day contact, as always. This invitation is simply from me, because I think you would enjoy the afternoon. Best regards, Sofia Marchetti Head of Customer Success, BG-Demo
