As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Rebecca Ainsworth is positive about the usage trend and agrees to a check-in, hoping claims will join. She will discuss moving users between teams only by call, and says she cannot agree commercial points without Malcolm.
Ask: Marcus proposed 30 minutes to walk through the usage report, including whether licensed users should move between teams.
Customer view: Rebecca repeats that relationship managers know far more about the member before meetings. She sees a case for moving users but wants to hear Marcus's view first.
Next: Rebecca checks claims' diary and replies the next day. Commercial matters need Malcolm.

- Marcus Bell 27 Mar 2025 17:41Hi Rebecca, Thanks for making the time on the last call. I've pulled the numbers since then and wanted to get the next check-in in the diary while it's fresh. A few things I'd like to cover: - how member services, underwriting and claims are each using B-Viz now - the rise in people logging in over the last quarter, which is good to see - anything your relationship managers are still doing by hand that they shouldn't need to - whether any of the 80 licensed users should be moved around between teams Happy to jump on a call whenever suits. Shall we book 30 minutes sometime next week? I'll share my screen and walk you through the usage report so you can see what I'm seeing. If there's someone from underwriting or claims you'd like on the call, just say and I'll make sure the report covers their area. Thanks, Marcus
- Rebecca Ainsworth 27 Mar 2025 18:18Hi Marcus, Thanks for this, and good to hear the numbers are heading the right way. The relationship managers have been telling me they walk into renewal meetings knowing far more about the member before they've even sat down, which is exactly what I hoped for. Let's not make them tell us twice, and I think we're getting closer to that. Next week works. Tuesday or Thursday afternoon would suit me best, as mornings are taken up with the helpline team. I'd like someone from claims to join if I can persuade them, so let me check their diary and come back to you tomorrow. On moving users between teams, I'd rather talk that through than put it in writing. I think there's a case, but is that the whole picture? I'd want to hear what you're seeing first. I can't agree anything on the commercial side without Malcolm, so I'll keep this to usage and how the teams are getting on. Kind regards, Rebecca
