As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell asked Rebecca Ainsworth for a short check-in after the QBR. She replied on 24 Dec 2024 that the dashboards guide helped and two staff are building their own views. One grumble: finding older call notes.
Customer view: Rebecca is positive. Relationship managers like having policy and call history on one page before a renewal meeting, and two of the team now build their own views.
Concern: People want to find older call notes faster. She sees it as possibly a training point and will ask Tariq whether it is a mapping question.
Next: She prefers the second week back, in the morning, and asked Marcus to send a couple of options.

- Marcus Bell 19 Dec 2024 11:54Hi Rebecca, I hope the run-up to Christmas isn't too hectic. I wanted to find a time for a short check-in in the new year, nothing formal, just to see how the dashboards are going and whether the team have found anything awkward since our review. A few things I'd like to hear about: - whether the dashboards guide was useful - how the relationship managers are finding the member pages - anything Tariq has flagged that hasn't reached me yet Support has been quiet again, which is good, but I'd rather hear it from you than assume. Shall we book 30 minutes for the first or second week back? Name a day that suits and I'll send an invite. Thanks, Marcus
- Rebecca Ainsworth 24 Dec 2024 16:08Hi Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy few days with the helpline. The guide was useful, thank you. Two of the team have started building their own views, and I think they are quite pleased with themselves. The relationship managers like having the policy and call history on one page before a renewal meeting. The only grumble I've heard is that people would like to find older call notes faster, but that may be a training point rather than a fault. I'll ask Tariq to say if it is a mapping question. The second week back would suit me better. Mornings are best, and I'll be out on Monday. If you send a couple of options I'll pick one. Happy Christmas to you and the team. Kind regards, Rebecca
