Booking the Q4 review

Hi Rebecca, Thanks for making time on our last call. I've pulled the numbers since then and the picture is encouraging: usage across member services has grown nicely this quarter, and your team are asking more questions than before. I'd like to book a proper review with you so we can go through it together and plan what comes next. Happy to jump on a call whenever suits. What I'd like to cover: - how member services, underwriting and claims are each using B-Viz - the dashboards your team have built so far - anything that isn't working for you yet, or that you'd like it to do and it doesn't - what you'd want to see before your next planning round Could we do a session of about an hour, ideally early next week? Hello Marcus, Thank you for this, and good to hear the usage is moving the right way. It matches what I'm hearing on the floor. Our relationship managers are walking into member renewals far better prepared, which is exactly what I wanted when we brought B-Viz in. Tuesday afternoon works well for me. An hour is fine. I'll ask a colleague from claims to join as well, as she has a couple of questions about how calls show up against a member's record. Let's not make them tell us twice, so I'd like to get that right. One thing I'd like to be clear on before we meet: is that the whole picture, or are there parts of the numbers you haven't pulled yet? I'd rather see the awkward bits too.
