What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Rebecca Ainsworth said Kelbrook has 80 licensed users across three teams and more people want access. She cannot agree anything without Malcolm. Tickets are routine and a call was set for 14:30.
Ask: Marcus Bell wanted to review recent routine tickets and a rise in users. Rebecca accepted and raised wider access herself.
Customer view: relaxed about tickets, mostly new users asking how to find a member's earlier calls. Any extension depends on Malcolm.
Next: Marcus will bring user numbers by team, involve Tom if terms come up, and consider a short how-to guide.

- Marcus Bell 21 Nov 2024 14:23Hi Rebecca, Sorry for the short notice. I'd like to get another check-in in the diary before the end of the month, while the last conversation is still fresh. I've pulled the latest usage and there's been a good step up in the number of people using B-Viz since the summer. There have also been a handful of support tickets over the last few weeks, all routine, and I'd like to run through them with you so you can tell me if any of them point to something bigger. Shall we book 30 minutes tomorrow? I could do late morning or mid afternoon. Thanks, Marcus
- Rebecca Ainsworth 21 Nov 2024 16:41Hi Marcus, No problem at all. The tickets are mostly my team getting to grips with new things, so I'm not worried, but it's good you're looking at them. A couple came from people who were new to it and wanted to know how to find a member's earlier calls. Tomorrow afternoon is better than the morning for me. Anything from about half past two would work. We're now at 80 licensed users across the three teams and I'm hearing that more people want access, so I'd like to talk about that too, though I can't agree anything without Malcolm. Kind regards, Rebecca
- Marcus Bell 21 Nov 2024 19:19Hi Rebecca, That's helpful, thank you. Let's say 14:30 tomorrow, and I'll send the invite tonight so it's there when you log on. On access, I'll bring the user numbers by team so we can see where the demand is coming from. If it turns into a conversation about terms, I'll bring Tom in rather than get ahead of myself. For tomorrow I'd like to keep it practical. I'll also look at the how-to tickets and see whether a short guide on finding earlier calls would save your team time. Speak tomorrow, Marcus
