Rebecca Ainsworth welcomed rising usage, shared a member renewal example, and agreed a Thursday morning check-in. She wants Tom aware but is not ready to discuss anything contractual.

Ask: Marcus Bell proposed a check-in on usage across member services, underwriting and claims. Rebecca asked whether there was more to the numbers than he had shown.

Customer view: positive on value, citing a relationship manager who knew the claims history before a renewal conversation. She wants Tom informed but nothing contractual yet.

Next: Marcus pencilled in Thursday morning and will send the invite.

Hi Rebecca, Hope the week has treated you well. It's about time we had our next check-in, and I'd like to make it useful rather than just a catch-up. I've pulled the numbers for Kelbrook and a few things stand out already. More of your team are logging in than last quarter, and the support queue has been quiet. I'd like to walk you through what I'm seeing and hear what member services, underwriting and claims are actually using it for day to day. What I'd cover: - usage across the three teams - anything that's been getting in the way - what you'd like more of before the year end Happy to jump on a call for 30 minutes. Would sometime next week suit? Mornings tend to be easiest for me, but I'll work around you. Thanks, Marcus

Hi Marcus, Thanks for this, and lovely to hear usage is moving in the right direction. I had a member story on my desk this morning that is a good example of why: one of our relationship managers went into a school's renewal conversation already knowing the claims history and the last call, so the member didn't have to tell us twice. That's exactly what I wanted from it. Next week is fine. Tuesday or Thursday morning would be best for me, Wednesday is full. I'd like Tom to be aware of the conversation too, if that's sensible, though I'm not looking to get into anything contractual yet. Is that the whole picture on the numbers, or is there more you want to show me? Kind regards, Rebecca

Hi Rebecca, That's a great example, thank you. I'll bring it up when we speak. Thursday morning works for me, so let's pencil that in. I'll send an invite shortly. On the numbers, there's a bit more detail by team and I'll share my screen and take you through it, so nothing is a surprise. I'll let Tom know we're talking. Nothing commercial on my side for this one, it's just about how Kelbrook is getting on. Thanks, Marcus
