- Marcus Bell 5 Sep 2024 12:15Hi Rebecca, I'd like to book our quarterly review, and I'll be straight with you about why I'd like it sooner rather than later. I've pulled the numbers and the number of people using B-Viz each day has dropped quite a bit compared with the previous quarter. It's a noticeable fall, not a blip, and it follows a period where things were heading up. I don't know the reason yet and I'd rather ask you than guess. It could be holidays, a change in who's doing what, a busy spell in the team, or something that isn't working as people expected. There has been one small support ticket this month, which doesn't tell me much either way. A few questions that would help me before we talk: - Has anyone who was a regular user moved role or left? - Have the relationship managers changed how they prepare for member renewals? - Is there anything about the data that people have stopped trusting, even if they haven't raised it with us? - Are any of your systems changing in the next few months? None of this is a complaint about Kelbrook. You've been a good partner, the invoices are all up to date, and I just want to make sure the people who should be getting value from it are doing so. Happy to jump on a call, or I can come to Leeds and sit with the team. Could you send me a couple of slots over the next week or so? Shall we book an hour so we have room to go through it properly? I can bring a short breakdown of who has been asking questions and about what, which might jog some memories. If it would help to have Tom Ashdown there, I'll ask him, but I think the first conversation is best just between us. Thanks, Marcus
