Marcus Bell asks Rebecca Ainsworth for times for a check-in, noting rising logins across teams, one ticket and no invoice issues. Logistical thread with no customer response in the thread.

Ask: Marcus wants a half-hour call or a Leeds visit next week. He offers to bring in Tom Ashdown for anything commercial.

Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so Rebecca's view is not shown.

Next: Marcus plans to cover relationship manager use of the member view, quiet teams, system changes affecting connectors, and use of the 80 licensed users.

Hi Rebecca, Hope you're well and that the summer holidays haven't hit the helpline too hard. I wanted to get our next check-in in the diary before everyone disappears for August. I've pulled the numbers for Kelbrook ahead of it and it's a good picture. More people in member services, underwriting and claims are logging in than a few months ago, and the activity is coming from more than just your own team, which is exactly what you were hoping for when you brought B-Viz in. There's been a single support ticket in the last month and it was dealt with without fuss. Nothing is outstanding on the invoicing side either. What I'd like to cover: - how the relationship managers are finding the member view before renewal meetings - which teams are asking the most questions and which haven't really started yet - whether anything in your systems is changing that I should know about, so the connectors don't catch us out - how you're using the 80 licensed users, and whether anyone is waiting for access I'm happy to jump on a call, or I can come up and see you in Leeds if you'd rather do it in person with a couple of the relationship managers in the room. That tends to get more honest feedback than a screen share, in my experience. Could you let me know a couple of times that suit you next week? Shall we book half an hour to start with and see how far we get? If you want Tom Ashdown on the call for anything commercial, just say and I'll ask him. Thanks, Marcus
