- Bethan Lister 16 Jul 2024 13:22Hi Kirsty, I've picked this up and wanted to follow up on what you reported. Just so I've got this right, you were seeing something in B-Viz that didn't match what you expected for your schools members. Tell me if I've got that wrong. I've made a change on our side and the data has refreshed since. Can you try the same search again and tell me what you see? 1. Open B-Viz and go to the same member as before. 2. Run the same question you used last time. 3. Let me know whether the answer now looks right. If there is any error text, please copy it into your reply exactly as it appears. I'll keep the request open until I've heard from you. Thanks, Bethan
- Kirsty Hepworth 17 Jul 2024 12:16Hi Bethan, Thanks for the quick response, and sorry for the slow reply, I was out with a member yesterday afternoon. I've just tried it again as you suggested and it looks right to me now. The answer matches what I expected and there was no error message at all. I'll keep an eye on it over the next day or two and shout if it changes. Thanks for sorting it out, it makes a real difference when I'm preparing for a school visit. Kirsty
- Bethan Lister 18 Jul 2024 08:21Hi Kirsty, That's good to hear, thank you for checking. Before I close this one, just so I've got it right: are you happy for me to mark it as resolved? If it plays up again, reply to this email and it will reopen with all the history attached, so you won't need to explain it from the start. Thanks, Bethan
