- Marcus Bell 5 Jul 2024 15:12Hi Rebecca, Hope your week has been a good one. I wanted to get our next check-in in the diary before the summer gets busy. Shall we book half an hour sometime next week? I'll share my screen and walk through: - how usage has moved since the QBR - anything Tariq has flagged on the overnight loads - which teams you'd like to bring in next Tuesday or Thursday morning would suit me, but I'm flexible. If you'd rather have Tariq on the call too, just say and I'll send the invite to him as well. Thanks, Marcus
- Rebecca Ainsworth 5 Jul 2024 16:23Hi Marcus, Thanks for this. It has been a busy week, but a good one: one of our relationship managers walked into a renewal meeting with a school knowing its whole history, and she said it was the first time she hadn't had to ask the member to tell us twice. That is exactly why we bought it. Thursday morning works best for me. Could we say 10:00? I'd like Tariq on the call, so please send the invite to him as well. Is that the whole picture on your agenda, or is there anything else you'd like to raise? I'll have a think about which team we bring in next and come with a view. Kind regards, Rebecca
