Ask: Marcus proposed an agenda covering usage against the 80 licensed users, top questions, connectors and next-quarter goals. Rebecca accepted it.
Customer view: Rebecca wants claims and underwriting in the room because they see policies and claims together. She asked for a member record demo because the board always asks about it.
Next: Marcus holds Wednesday morning at 10:00 and will build the demo from Kelbrook's own data. Rebecca still owes the colleagues' names.

I've pulled the numbers and there is a good story to tell about adoption across member services, underwriting and claims. Happy to jump on a call for an hour. My suggestion for the agenda: - usage by team, and how it compares with the 80 licensed users - the questions people are asking most - the connectors and the overnight loads, with Tariq - what you want from the next quarter Could you suggest a couple of slots in the next fortnight? Let's not make anyone tell us twice, so I'd like to invite one of our claims leads and someone from underwriting, as they are the ones who see each member's policies and claims side by side. I'll confirm names with them this week. For timing, the Tuesday or Wednesday of next week would suit me, mornings best. I'd like Tariq in the room for the connectors part, and I'll check his diary. One request: could you show what a member's record looks like to a relationship manager? That is what the board always asks about. I'll put a hold in for Wednesday morning at 10:00 and send the invite to you, Tariq and the two colleagues once you've sent me their names. I'll add a short section showing a relationship manager's view of a member's record, using a worked example from your own data, so the board can see what the team sees. Shall we say an hour, with a little time at the end for your questions? Tell me if Wednesday doesn't suit and I'll find another slot. Thanks, Marcus
