Tom Ashdown asked Malcolm Hebden for a terms call. Malcolm accepted Thursday at 14:00, asked for the payment schedule, end-of-term wording and the base for each figure, and said he will not decide on the call.

Ask: Malcolm wants three documents brought: the payment schedule with dates, the end-of-term wording and the base for each figure.

Customer view: He is cooperative but firm that anything of this length goes to the board first. He will ask Rebecca Ainsworth to join for the member services part.

Next: Tom confirmed the slot, will send an invitation including Rebecca, and will leave the call with everything in writing.

Good morning Malcolm, I hope the week has started gently. Following your questions last week and the breakdown I sent over, I'd like to get something in the diary to go through the terms with you directly, so you can ask whatever you need about the commitment and how it runs across the two years. Would a call on Wednesday or Thursday this week suit? An hour should be plenty, though I'm happy to take longer if you'd like to go line by line. If another day is easier, tell me and I'll fit round you. If there's anything specific you'd like me to bring, say so and I'll have it to hand rather than promising to come back on it later. Best, Tom

Dear Tom, Thank you for the note, and apologies for the delay in replying. Thursday afternoon would suit me. 14:00 would be best, and I can give you an hour. I would be grateful if you could bring three things: the payment schedule over the full term with the date against each payment, the wording on what happens when the term ends, and the base for each figure, so that I can see where it comes from. I should say in advance that I will not be deciding anything on the call. Anything of this length has to go to the board first, so I will want to take your answers away and read them carefully. I will ask Rebecca to join us for the part on how member services would use the product, if that is convenient for you. Malcolm Hebden

Hi Malcolm, Thanks, that's great. Thursday at 14:00 it is, and I'll send an invitation shortly. I'll bring all three: the payment schedule with dates, the end-of-term wording, and the base for each figure. Understood on the decision. I'd expect nothing different, and I'll make sure you leave the call with everything in writing so you can take it to the board in your own time. Lovely to have Rebecca along for the member services part. I'll make sure she's on the invitation. Speak Thursday, Tom
