What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Draft proposal from Lewis Kerr dated 23 Dec 2024 recommending the Enterprise tier company-wide. It quotes £110k for the annual subscription and £140k total deal value, with P1 first response within thirty minutes. It is not an order form.
What it is: a draft proposal (v1) prepared by Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, for Kentmere Underwriting. It recommends the Enterprise tier, "company-wide", with SSO, SCIM, an executive sponsor and security review support.
Commits: the pricing table gives "Enterprise annual subscription, billed annually in advance" at £110k and a total deal value of £140k, "the whole deal, not the annual price". Service levels are P1 first response "within thirty minutes" and a nightly refresh "complete by 07:00 your local time on business days".
Unusual: availability is stated only as "Availability at the Enterprise level", with no percentage. The implementation fee is not stated, and the £140k total is not broken down.
Not settled: this is a draft proposal, so it binds no one. The VAT position is left to the order form, and the executive sponsor and implementation start date are still to be agreed. Only an executed order form fixes price and terms, and the document does not show whether one followed.
