1. Context
Fernhollow Software provides fleet-compliance software for van and truck operators. This proposal sets out how B-Viz would give your teams one AI-queryable layer over your existing CRM, calls, emails, tickets and finance data, built and run inside your own Snowflake account.
2. Proposed scope
We propose the Starter tier, which covers one team with pages, chat and search, and a six-monthly check-in. The Starter allowance is up to 15 users (soft limit) and 4 connectors (hard limit).
