What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Executed data processing agreement under the Master Services Agreement, with BG-Demo as Processor and Spaarnwoude Assurantiën as Controller. Signed on 2 Apr 2026. It states no price, availability, response time or other service terms.
What it is: a standard data processing agreement that "forms part of the Master Services Agreement". Both parties signed on 2 Apr 2026; Matteo Ricci signed for BG-Demo and the customer signatory is shown only as "An authorised signatory".
Commits: BG-Demo processes personal data "only to provide the B-Viz service", on documented Controller instructions. It will tell the Controller "without undue delay" of a personal data breach, and will return or delete data at the Controller's choice when services end.
Unusual: nothing off the standard terms. The agreement notes that B-Viz runs inside the Controller's own Snowflake account, so the Controller keeps control of where data is stored.
Not settled: no price, tier, term, renewal date, service level or sub-processor list. The customer signatory's name and role are not shown, and no fixed breach notice period is given.

Body
Data Processing Agreement
Status: Executed
Parties
This Data Processing Agreement forms part of the Master Services Agreement between BG-Demo (the Processor) and Spaarnwoude Assurantiën (the Controller).
Subject matter
BG-Demo processes personal data only to provide the B-Viz service to the Controller, as described in the Master Services Agreement and the Order Form.
Nature and purpose of processing
B-Viz brings together the Controller's CRM, call, email, ticket and other business records so that the Controller's staff can query them. Processing is limited to what is needed to build, refresh and run that service.
Controller instructions
BG-Demo will process personal data on documented instructions from the Controller, including instructions given in the Order Form. If BG-Demo believes an instruction breaks data protection law, it will tell the Controller.
Confidentiality
BG-Demo will make sure that everyone authorised to process personal data is bound by a duty of confidence.
Security measures
Read the whole document (2,158 characters)
BG-Demo will apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. Because B-Viz runs inside the Controller's own Snowflake account, the Controller keeps direct control of where its data is stored.
Sub-processing
BG-Demo will only engage sub-processors that are bound by terms no less protective than this agreement. BG-Demo will inform the Controller of changes to its sub-processors in advance.
Assistance and incidents
BG-Demo will help the Controller respond to data subject requests and to its own compliance duties. BG-Demo will tell the Controller without undue delay if it becomes aware of a personal data breach affecting the Controller's data.
Return and deletion
On the end of the services, BG-Demo will return or delete the Controller's personal data, at the Controller's choice, unless the law requires it to be kept.
