Context
Clayhithe Logistics runs a same-day and scheduled courier network for laboratories and science parks around Cambridge. Your teams want to see each client's jobs, delivery exceptions and invoices together, rather than piecing them together by hand. This proposal sets out how B-Viz can do that on the Starter tier.
Scope
Starter is built for a single team and includes:
- Pages, chat and search across your jobs, delivery exceptions and invoices
- Fifteen users, with a soft limit
- Four connectors, which is a hard limit on this tier
- A six-monthly check-in with your customer success manager
B-Viz is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays within your environment.
