What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026BG-Demo's final onboarding plan, prepared 31 Dec 2025 by Laura Penhaligon, for a Growth subscription of 40 users running 29 Dec 2025 to 28 Dec 2026. It sequences five phases and states £50k as the contracted annual figure.
What it is: a BG-Demo onboarding plan for three customer teams: key accounts, complaints and distributors. It runs from kick-off and access through connecting sources, validation, training and go-live, then hands over to Elena Novak.
Commits: the plan sets a 07:00 customer local time nightly refresh check on business days and a weekly progress note from Laura to the sponsor. It also states 40 licensed users and a subscription term of 29 Dec 2025 to 28 Dec 2026.
Not settled: it says "The executed order form decides the contracted scope, price and service levels", so it is not itself the contract. Connector delivery is only "Within the implementation period agreed in the order form", with no dates, and the customer's sponsor and IT contact are not named.
Risks: source access depends on the customer's IT team, and the plan flags a sponsor change and data quality as risks. The subscription ends 28 Dec 2026, so renewal planning sits with Elena after handover.

Phases
Phase one: kick-off and access
Read the whole document (4,032 characters)
- Confirm the customer's project sponsor and a day-to-day contact for each of the three teams: key accounts, complaints and distributors.
- Agree how BG-Demo works inside the customer's Snowflake account and who approves access.
- Confirm the list of source systems to connect, within the connectors committed in the order form.
Owner: Laura Penhaligon, with the customer's sponsor.
Phase two: connect the sources
- Connect each agreed source in turn, starting with the system that holds the hospital and distributor account records.
- Check that records are loading and that the count of records indexed is rising after each connection.
- Log any source that does not load, and agree a fix with the customer's IT contact.
Owner: Laura Penhaligon. Customer: a colleague in IT.
Phase three: validate the data
- Match hospital and distributor accounts across systems so that each appears once.
- Review a sample of accounts with each team and correct mismatches.
- Confirm that the nightly refresh completes by 07:00 customer local time on business days.
Owner: Laura Penhaligon. Customer: team leads for key accounts, complaints and distributors.
Phase four: training and first use
- Run a short session for each team on pages, chat and search, using the customer's own accounts.
- Introduce the dashboards builder to the people who will own reporting.
- Agree a handful of real questions each team will ask in the first weeks.
Owner: Laura Penhaligon, with Elena Novak.
Phase five: go-live and handover
- Open access to the licensed users.
- Hand the account to Elena Novak for adoption, quarterly business reviews and renewal planning.
- Matteo Ricci remains the contact for commercial questions.
Owner: Elena Novak.

Success measures
- All three teams are asking questions in B-Viz each week.
- Active users build towards the licensed user count.
- Records indexed keep rising rather than going flat.
- Nobody is reconciling hospital and distributor accounts by hand.
Risks and dependencies
- Access to source systems depends on the customer's IT team; delays here move every later phase.
- If the sponsor changes during onboarding, BG-Demo will agree a replacement quickly so decisions are not held up.
- Data quality in the source systems may need cleaning before matching is reliable.
Communication
Laura Penhaligon will send a short progress note to the sponsor each week during implementation. Questions during onboarding go to Laura first, and to Elena Novak after handover.
