What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Tom Ashdown's renewal proposal of 25 Feb 2025 for the Growth tier, with the term ending 6 May 2025. It cites a contracted figure of £42k but leaves the renewal price to the order form. It states no availability or P1 figures.
What it is: a final renewal proposal from Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, to Eccup Software in Leeds. It proposes renewing on Growth for a further annual term, starting "straight after the current term ends on 6 May 2025".
Commits: nothing firm. Billing is "annual, in advance, on our usual thirty-day terms", and standard Growth service levels continue unchanged, but no availability or response figures are written. Quarterly business reviews with Marcus Bell continue.
Unusual: the price is deliberately open. The text gives "£42k" as the current contracted annual figure and says the renewal figure will follow in writing with the order form. Usage is flagged as small against 40 licensed users.
Not settled: the renewal price, whether the order form was issued or signed, and whether the customer accepted. A proposal is an open item, not executed paper, and it is dated well before the as-of date. The evidence does not show the outcome.

Body
Eccup Software - Renewal Proposal
Status: Final Prepared for: Eccup Software, Leeds Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 25 Feb 2025 Customer success manager: Marcus Bell
1. Context
Eccup Software has been a B-Viz customer since 7 May 2024. You bought the Growth tier so that your customer success team could read tickets, renewals and usage for each of your care-provider customers in one place, rather than reconciling several systems by hand. Your current term ends on 6 May 2025, so this paper sets out how we suggest carrying on from there.
2. Where you are today
| Item | Position |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £42k |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Current term ends | 6 May 2025 |
| Invoices | None overdue |
| Support | No high priority tickets in the last month, and no tickets raised at all |
Usage has edged up compared with the previous quarter. The group of regular users is small compared with the licensed number, and that is worth a conversation (see section 4). Nothing in support or billing gives us any concern.
3. What we propose
Read the whole document (3,118 characters)
We propose renewing Eccup Software on the Growth tier for a further annual term, starting straight after the current term ends on 6 May 2025.
- Scope: the same Growth allowance of users and connectors, including the dashboards builder.
- Reviews: quarterly business reviews with Marcus continue, as they do for every Growth customer.
- Service levels: the standard Growth service levels continue unchanged, including the Growth first-response commitment for priority one issues and the Growth availability commitment.
- Billing: annual, in advance, on our usual thirty-day terms.
- Price: your current contracted annual figure is £42k. I will confirm the renewal figure in writing with the order form rather than quote it from memory here, so that the paperwork and this proposal agree.
4. Making better use of the licence
You have licensed users well beyond the people using B-Viz each week. Before the renewal date we would like to look at:
- Which other teams, for example account management or finance, would get value from the same view of tickets, renewals and usage.
- Whether a short training session would help more of your customer success team ask questions directly.
- Whether any dashboards your team has built should be shared more widely inside Eccup Software.
These are suggestions, not conditions of renewal. If the current shape suits you, we are happy to renew as it stands.
5. Next steps
| Step | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Review this proposal and flag any questions | Eccup Software | Over the next couple of weeks |
| Usage walk-through and adoption ideas | Marcus Bell | At the next quarterly review |
| Confirm renewal figure and issue order form | Tom Ashdown | Once you have confirmed scope |
| Signed order form returned | Eccup Software | Before the term ends on 6 May 2025 |
If anything here does not match how you see things, tell me and I will change it. No drama either way.
Best, Tom
