What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final Growth-tier QBR prepared by Marcus Bell. Reports contracted annual recurring revenue of £42k, a term to 6 May 2025, 40 licensed users with around six active, and no open issues. A renewal conversation is planned.
What it is: a customer-facing quarterly review dated Monday 23 September 2024, written by Marcus Bell. It states "Contracted annual recurring revenue is £42k" and "The current term runs to 6 May 2025."
Commits: no contractual terms are set. The only service reference is that "Growth includes a first response target for priority-one issues of one business hour", which the high priority ticket met. Actions are Marcus's dashboards walkthrough and standard questions, and Tom Ashdown's early renewal conversation.
Risks: "Active users, 30-day average" is "Around six" against 40 licences, and the deck flags a "Narrow user base" and little dashboard use.
Not settled: the deck does not name the regular users or the price basis behind the £42k. It is a 2024 snapshot, so it does not show the current position or the renewal outcome, and the executed order form decides contracted terms.

Body
Eccup Software: Quarterly Business Review
Prepared by: Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo Account owner: Tom Ashdown Review date: Monday 23 September 2024 Tier: Growth Status: Final
Where we are
- Eccup Software has been a B-Viz customer since 7 May 2024.
- You bought Growth so that customer success can read tickets, renewals and usage for each provider you serve in one place, without reconciling systems by hand.
- The current term runs to 6 May 2025.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue is £42k.
- The licence covers 40 users.
- Invoices are up to date, with nothing overdue.
Usage: adoption is moving the right way
| Measure | Where it stands |
|---|---|
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Active users, 30-day average | Around six |
| Change in active users against the prior quarter | Up by more than half |
What this tells us:
Read the whole document (3,378 characters)
- The number of people using B-Viz every month has grown strongly since the first quarter after go-live.
- Active use is still a small share of the 40 licences. That is headroom rather than a problem: the customer success team is clearly using it, and wider teams have not yet been brought in.
- I would like to understand who the regular users are, so we can see whether the habit is spread across the team or sits with a couple of people.
Value: what the team is getting out of it
- Customer success can look at tickets, renewal dates and usage for a single provider on one page, rather than opening several systems.
- Questions that used to need a manual export can now be asked directly in chat.
- The next step is to write down two or three of these questions as the team's standard prep for provider reviews, so the value is easy to point to at renewal time.
Support and service
- One ticket was raised in the last 30 days, and it was marked high priority.
- It has been dealt with and nothing is open against the account.
- No service level issues to report on availability or on the nightly refresh.
- Growth includes a first response target for priority-one issues of one business hour, and the ticket was handled inside it.
Issues and risks
- Narrow user base. If the main users are away or move on, usage could fall back quickly. Spreading usage across more of the team is the best protection.
- Dashboards. Growth includes the dashboards builder. We have not yet seen much built by your team, so there is room to use it for provider-level views.
- Nothing urgent. There are no open complaints, no overdue invoices and no unresolved technical problems.
Plan for the next quarter
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Short walkthrough of the dashboards builder for the customer success team | Marcus Bell | Within the next few weeks |
| Agree two or three standard questions for provider reviews | Marcus Bell with the Eccup Software team | Before the next review |
| Identify further teams who could benefit from access | Marcus Bell | Ahead of the next review |
| Early conversation about the renewal, which falls due on 6 May 2025 | Tom Ashdown | Well before the renewal notice period |
Next steps
- I will send the usage numbers I have pulled so you can check them against your own view.
- Happy to jump on a call to run the dashboards session whenever suits.
- Tom will be in touch about renewal planning later in the year.
Thanks, Marcus
