What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final onboarding plan issued 12 May 2024 by Callie Brennan for a Growth tier B-Viz rollout: 40 licensed users, up to eight connectors, eight weeks. Contract runs 7 May 2024 to 6 May 2025. It states a contracted annual recurring revenue of £42k.
What it is: an implementation plan in four phases (access and kickoff, connect and map, first refresh and checks, users and training), followed by handover. The scope table says "Contracted annual recurring revenue | £42k", "Implementation length | Eight weeks" and "Connectors | Up to eight".
Commits: BG-Demo to the phase owners and a setup note at handover. Marcus Bell takes over adoption and the quarterly reviews included in Growth, and Tom Ashdown stays the contact for commercial questions.
Unusual: the plan quotes a contracted figure of £42k against a Growth v1 list price in the company brief of £44k. It gives no discount and no reason for the difference, so treat it as the plan's own statement, not the order form.
Not settled: the plan is not a contract. It states no availability, P1 response time, refresh deadline, service credit or connector go-live date. It also says nothing about renewal after 6 May 2025, and it is a 2024 document, so it says nothing about the current term.

Body
Eccup Software - Onboarding Plan
Status: Final · Prepared by: Callie Brennan, Implementation Consultant · Issued: 12 May 2024
Purpose
Eccup Software has bought B-Viz at the Growth tier so that its customer success team can read tickets, renewals and usage for each provider it serves from one place. This plan sets out how we get from the contract start on 7 May 2024 to a first refresh that lands cleanly and an Eccup admin who can run things alone.

Phase one: access and kickoff (week one)
What I need from your side is written access before anything is connected. Nothing is started without it.

- Named Eccup admin confirmed, plus a deputy.
- Credentials and read permissions for each source, supplied in writing.
- Snowflake account details for the environment B-Viz will run in.
- Agreement on which sources come first: the ones that answer the customer success questions about tickets, renewals and usage per provider.
Owner: Callie Brennan, with the Eccup admin.
Phase two: connect and map (weeks two to four)
- Connect the first sources, one at a time, checking each before moving on.
- Map fields for providers, tickets, renewals and usage, and agree the definitions with your team before we switch on the refresh.
- Record every mapping decision in the setup note.
Owner: Callie Brennan. Eccup input: the admin reviews each mapping.
Phase three: first refresh and checks (weeks five and six)
- Switch on the nightly refresh once mappings are agreed.
- Check records indexed against the source systems and resolve any gaps.
- Remaining connectors, up to the eight in scope, are added and checked in the same way.
Owner: Callie Brennan.
Phase four: users and training (weeks seven and eight)
- Invite users up to the 40 licensed.
- Run a working session on pages, chat, search and the dashboards builder, using Eccup's own provider questions.
- Show the admin how to add users and check connector health.
Owner: Callie Brennan, with Marcus Bell joining the final session.
Handover
- Setup note delivered, covering connectors, mappings and open points.
- Marcus Bell takes over adoption and the quarterly reviews included in Growth.
- Tom Ashdown stays the contact for commercial questions.
Risks and dependencies
- Late credentials are the most common cause of delay. If access arrives after kickoff, the dates in phase two move with it.
- A source that changes shape part-way through the work will need its mapping checked again.
- Low early usage is normal until the first refresh has landed and users have been invited.
Success looks like
- First refresh complete and checked.
- All agreed connectors loading.
- An Eccup admin confident to run the day-to-day.
- Customer success asking real provider questions in B-Viz.
Thanks, Callie
