What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026A draft proposal from Tom Ashdown dated 7 Mar 2024 recommending the Growth tier. Growth subscription £42k a year in advance; total first-year deal value £54k including implementation. It states it is not a contract.
What it is: a first-draft proposal marked "Draft for discussion", prepared by Tom Ashdown for Eccup Software in Leeds. It recommends Growth with the dashboards builder and quarterly reviews with Marcus Bell.
Commits: nothing binding. It says "This document is a draft and does not form a contract." Pricing is £42k for the annual subscription and £54k as the "total value of the deal" including the one-off implementation fee. Service levels are only referred to as the standard Growth terms, with no figures stated.
Unusual: nothing off the standard terms. The £54k is a deal total, not an annual price, and should not be read as ARR.
Not settled: the connector list and go-live dates, the implementation lead, whether single sign-on matters (which would point to a different tier) and annual versus quarterly billing. The evidence does not show whether an order form followed. Contracted terms are those in a signed order form.

Body
Eccup Software - Proposal v1
Draft for discussion Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 7 Mar 2024 Prepared for: Eccup Software, Leeds Recommended tier: Growth
1. Context
Eccup Software makes care-planning and compliance software for social-care providers. Your customer success team wants to see, provider by provider, what is happening across tickets, renewals and product usage. Today that means working across several systems by hand and reconciling them before anyone can answer a simple question.
This proposal sets out how B-Viz could give those teams one place to ask. It is a first draft, and Tom would like your comments before anything is finalised. Leave that with us and we will turn it round quickly.
2. What B-Viz does
B-Viz is one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets, product usage and finance data. It is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays under your controls.
For customer success, that means asking questions such as which providers are raising more tickets, which renewals need attention, and where usage is falling.
3. Scope
Read the whole document (3,378 characters)
| Area | Included |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth, for several teams |
| Features | Pages, chat and search, plus the dashboards builder |
| Reviews | Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Marcus Bell |
| Users | The Growth user allowance |
| Connectors | The Growth connector allowance, for the systems your teams use most |
| Implementation | One-off fixed-fee implementation to the standard Growth timetable of eight weeks |
The exact list of connectors and the date each goes live would be written into the order form, so that each carries a clear commitment.
4. Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual, billed in advance | £42k |
| One-off implementation fee | Included in the deal total below |
| Total deal value, first year including implementation | £54k |
To be clear, £54k is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee. The annual subscription price is £42k. Payment terms are the standard terms, and quarterly billing is available on request. Tom will confirm the final figures in the order form.
5. Service levels
The standard Growth service levels would apply: the Growth availability level, the Growth first response for priority one issues, and the nightly refresh on business days. Service credits for availability follow the Growth terms.
6. Security
Because B-Viz runs inside your Snowflake account, your security team keeps control of storage, access and deletion. A separate security questionnaire has been prepared for them.
7. Open points
- Which connectors should go live first.
- Who from your side will lead the implementation.
- Whether single sign-on matters to you, which would point to a different tier.
- Whether quarterly billing is preferred over annual in advance.
8. Next steps
- Eccup Software reviews this draft and sends comments.
- Tom and the team walk through the scope and connectors together.
- An order form is prepared under the MSA once the scope is agreed.
- Implementation is planned with Marcus Bell and your lead.
This document is a draft and does not form a contract. Contracted price and terms are those in a signed order form.
Best, Tom
