What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026A final QBR deck by Marcus Bell dated 13 Sep 2026 for a Starter customer. It reports a term to 29 Apr 2027, £22k contracted annual recurring revenue and 15 licences. Usage is described as up but no numbers are given. It is not a contract.
What it is: a customer success review written by Marcus Bell, filed in the customer's QBR folder. It reports a small but growing active group, no tickets in the last 30 days and no overdue invoices.
Commits: nothing contractual. It restates the deck's own figures: "Contracted annual recurring revenue: £22k." and the nightly refresh by 07:00 on business days, and sets BG-Demo actions for Marcus.
Unusual: Starter normally has a six-monthly check-in, not a quarterly review, so this deck sits slightly off the standard. The usage section gives no figures, only direction.
Not settled: the executed order form is not here, so the £22k and the term dates are not checked against it. Time saved is not quantified, and the deck does not say whether Tom Ashdown is still an active BG-Demo owner.

Body
Ludworth Lettings - QBR
Prepared by: Marcus Bell, Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo Account owner: Tom Ashdown Review date: 13 Sep 2026 Status: Final
1. Where we are
- Customer since 30 Apr 2026, on the Starter tier.
- Contracted annual recurring revenue: £22k.
- Licensed users: 15.
- Current term runs to 29 Apr 2027.
- Use case: the property-management team sees each landlord's properties, repairs tickets and statements together in one place, instead of switching between systems.
2. Usage
| Measure | Where it stands |
|---|---|
| Licensed users | 15 |
| Active users, last 30 days | A small core group, well inside the licence |
| Trend against the previous quarter | Up, a clear step forward |
| Connectors | Within the Starter connector allowance |
I've pulled the numbers and the direction is good. The active group is small compared with the 15 licences, so there is plenty of room for more of the property-management team to start asking questions. Growth in the active group matters more here than the absolute level, and it is moving the right way.
3. Value
Read the whole document (2,678 characters)
- The team can open a landlord and see properties, repairs and statements side by side.
- That is the reason Ludworth Lettings bought B-Viz, and the usage trend suggests it is becoming a habit.
- We have not yet put a figure on time saved. A short conversation with the team would let us capture that in their own words before the renewal.
4. Support and service
- No support tickets raised in the last 30 days, and none of high priority.
- No overdue invoices.
- Nightly refresh is expected to complete by 07:00 on business days, as on every tier. We have seen nothing to suggest otherwise.
5. Opportunities
- Adoption: invite the rest of the property-management team, using the licences already paid for.
- Habit: agree a handful of regular questions the team asks each week, for example around repairs backlog by landlord.
- Later: if other teams, such as finance or lettings, want the same view, Growth would be the conversation to have. No need to rush it.
6. Plan
| Action | Owner | By when |
|---|---|---|
| Short walkthrough for the wider property-management team | Marcus Bell | Within the next few weeks |
| Collect two or three examples of time saved | Marcus Bell | Before the end of the year |
| Share the same usage view again at the next check-in | Marcus Bell | Next check-in |
| Renewal notice and conversation ahead of 29 Apr 2027 | Marcus Bell, with Tom Ashdown for commercial terms | Ninety days before the term ends |
Happy to jump on a call if anyone at Ludworth Lettings would like to go through this.
Thanks, Marcus
