What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final onboarding plan prepared by Laura Penhaligon on 21 Jan 2026 for a Growth tier customer with 40 licensed users. It sets four phases inside an eight-week fixed-fee implementation. It states a contracted £48k and a contract running 16 Jan 2026 to 15 Jan 2027.
What it is: an internal delivery plan for a Rotterdam freight forwarder and customs broker. It runs from connecting sources through proving results and rolling out to handover to customer success.
Commits: "The implementation is a fixed-fee engagement of eight weeks, and these phases sit inside it." It names Laura Penhaligon as delivery lead and Elena Novak as owner of adoption and quarterly business reviews after handover.
Unusual: nothing off the standard terms. The plan states the nightly refresh should finish "by 07:00 on business days", which matches the standard service level. The £48k is labelled contracted annual recurring revenue in this plan, not read from an order form.
Not settled: the plan does not list the source systems or connector delivery dates. It gives no dates for the phases, and it does not name the customer admin or a second admin. Any change to the connector list needs agreeing with Matteo Ricci. The order form is not in this document, so contracted price and terms are unconfirmed here.

Body
Kralingse Expeditie - Onboarding Plan
Status: Final. Prepared by Laura Penhaligon, Implementation Consultant, on 21 Jan 2026.
Purpose
Kralingse Expeditie is a Rotterdam freight forwarder and customs broker. It has bought the Growth tier so that account managers and the customs desk can see each importer's shipments, exceptions, calls and invoices together, in one place, instead of reconciling several systems by hand. This plan sets out how we get from signature to a team that asks B-Viz first.

Where we are
The contract began on 16 Jan 2026. Usage is at the very start: on average one person has been active over the last thirty days. That is expected at this point, and the aim of the plan is to widen it steadily. There are no open tickets and no overdue invoices.
Phases
Phase one: connect
Read the whole document (3,372 characters)
- Agree the list of source systems to connect, within the Growth connector allowance.
- Set up access inside the customer's Snowflake account.
- Run the first load and check that records are indexed for each source.
Owner: Laura Penhaligon, with a colleague in the customer's IT team.
Phase two: prove
- Check shipments, exceptions, calls and invoices for a small set of importers against what the account managers already know.
- Fix mapping gaps and confirm the nightly refresh finishes by 07:00 on business days.
- Agree the first set of questions the customs desk and account managers will ask.
Owner: Laura Penhaligon, with the customs desk lead and an account manager.
Phase three: roll out
- Train the account management team and the customs desk in short sessions.
- Invite users in waves, watching the number of active users and questions asked.
- Build the first dashboards with the team, using the Growth dashboards builder.
Owner: Laura Penhaligon, handing over to Elena Novak.
Phase four: hand over
- Confirm that the implementation scope has been delivered.
- Elena Novak takes over adoption and sets the schedule for quarterly business reviews.
- Agree who at the customer will act as admin, and name a second admin so that no single person is a risk.
Owner: Elena Novak.
Milestones
| Milestone | Target |
|---|---|
| Sources connected and indexed | End of phase one |
| Results checked with account managers | End of phase two |
| First wave of users active | During phase three |
| Handover to customer success | End of phase four |
The implementation is a fixed-fee engagement of eight weeks, and these phases sit inside it.
Risks to watch
- A source system that is changed on the customer side can stop loading. We will watch records indexed for flat lines.
- If one person asks most of the questions, adoption is fragile. We will encourage use across teams early.
- Any change to the connector list needs agreeing with Matteo Ricci, as the order form sets what was bought.
