What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final QBR deck prepared by Hollie Grieve on the Enterprise account. It reports growing active users well below the licensed 150, one ticket in thirty days and no overdue invoices. It states no availability or P1 figures.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck for the review dated 15 Sep 2026, written by the Customer Success Manager. It calls the account healthy: "Quabbin has paid on time, and the account looks healthy."
Commits: the Enterprise service levels apply, with "Nightly refresh is due by 07:00 Boston time on business days". Contract end is 6 Apr 2027 and contracted annual recurring revenue is shown as £119k.
Unusual: no service figure is quoted, and the contract figure is the deck's own claim, not an executed order form. The 07:00 refresh is stated in Boston time.
Not settled: the deck gives no usage figures, no measure of value ("This review does not put a figure on time saved") and no view on who asks the most questions. Renewal terms and price are not covered beyond the end date.

Quabbin bought Enterprise so that sponsor-relationship, study-management and finance teams can see each sponsor's studies, issues, calls and invoices together in B-Viz, running inside Quabbin's own Snowflake account.
3. Usage and adoption

- Average active users over the last thirty days have grown strongly compared with the previous quarter. That is the direction we hoped for after go-live.
- Active users are still well below the licensed 150, so there is plenty of headroom. Nobody is near the allowance, and no extra users are needed today.
- The next step is to widen use across the three teams rather than add seats. We would like to see which team has the most room to grow and plan training around it.
- We have not yet looked at who asks the most questions. That is worth checking, so that use is not concentrated in one or two people.
4. Value delivered
- Sponsor-relationship teams can open one sponsor and see studies, open issues, recent calls and invoices on a single page.
- Finance can check invoice status next to the study context, without reconciling several systems by hand.
- Study-management teams use search and chat to find issues without asking colleagues.
- This review does not put a figure on time saved. We propose to agree with Quabbin a simple measure of value before the renewal conversation, so that the case is written down.
5. Support and service
| Measure | Last thirty days |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised | A single ticket |
| High priority tickets | One, the same ticket |
| Overdue invoices | None |
The Enterprise service levels apply: the top availability level, the fastest first response for urgent issues, and service credits covering both availability and data freshness. Nightly refresh is due by 07:00 Boston time on business days. Quabbin has paid on time, and the account looks healthy.
6. Plan for the next quarter
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Run a short adoption session for the least active team | Hollie Grieve | Within the next month |
| Agree a value measure with the Quabbin sponsor | Hollie Grieve | Before the next review |
| Review SSO and SCIM use and any further connector needs | Hollie Grieve with Quabbin IT | Next quarter |
| Commercial check-in with Quabbin leadership | Jordan Pike | Ahead of the renewal notice |
7. Renewal outlook
The contract runs to 6 Apr 2027. The renewal notice and conversation sit with Customer Success, and we intend to start early, with a written value case built on the usage trend above. No concerns have been raised so far.
