BG-Demo's onboarding plan for the Enterprise subscription running 7 Apr 2026 to 6 Apr 2027, prepared 13 Apr 2026 by Hamza Akhtar. It is a delivery plan, not a contract. It states 150 licensed users and contracted recurring revenue of £119k.

What it is: a four-phase plan (Foundations, Connect and load, Adopt, Handover) prepared by Hamza Akhtar, Implementation Consultant. It says it "follows the order form" and is stored as final.

Commits: the plan repeats the service point "Confirm the nightly refresh completes by 07:00 customer local time on business days". It also lists a weekly note from Hamza and a handover to Hollie Grieve for adoption, reviews and renewal planning.

Unusual: the figure "Annual recurring revenue (contracted)" of £119k is quoted in an onboarding plan, not an executed order form. Dates for later milestones are open: "We have not fixed dates for the later milestones here."

Not settled: connector counts and go-live dates, availability, P1 response and service credits are not stated. The order form is the source for those. The plan names no customer signatory and no executive sponsor yet.

Quabbin Clinical Research - Onboarding Plan

Version: one, final Prepared by: Hamza Akhtar, Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo Date: 13 Apr 2026

Purpose

This plan sets out how BG-Demo and Quabbin Clinical Research will bring B-Viz live. Quabbin Clinical Research bought the Enterprise tier so that its sponsor-relationship, study-management and finance teams can see each sponsor's studies, issues, calls and invoices together in one place. The plan follows the order form, which began on 7 Apr 2026 and runs to 6 Apr 2027.

Goals

Read the whole document (4,741 characters)
  • Sponsor-relationship teams can ask B-Viz about any sponsor and see its studies, open issues, recent calls and invoices.
  • Study-management teams can see issues and progress across studies without reconciling systems by hand.
  • Finance can see what has been invoiced to each sponsor next to the study activity behind it.
  • The customer's own people run day-to-day questions, with BG-Demo in support.

Phases

Phase one: Foundations

ActivityOwner
Review what is live, what is outstanding and what has been learnedHamza Akhtar
Hand over to Hollie Grieve for adoption, reviews and renewal planningHamza Akhtar

Milestones

  • Subscription start: 7 Apr 2026.
  • This plan agreed: 13 Apr 2026.
  • Security review complete before any production data is loaded.
  • First nightly refresh passing on every agreed connector.
  • Each of the three teams asking questions in B-Viz.
  • Handover to customer success.

We have not fixed dates for the later milestones here. They will be agreed with the customer's project sponsor at kick-off and recorded in the weekly note.

What we need from Quabbin Clinical Research

  • A named project sponsor and a named lead in each of the three teams.
  • Timely access to the source systems and to someone who knows how each is set up.
  • A contact in IT for access, single sign-on and provisioning.
  • Early warning of any change to a connected system, because a changed system is the most common reason a connector stops loading.

Risks to watch

RiskWhat we will do
Source system access is slow to arriveRaise it at the weekly check-in and escalate through Jordan Pike
A connector loads once and then stopsWatch records indexed for flat weeks and fix the source early
Only a few people use B-Viz at firstRun team sessions and agree starter questions so use spreads
Security review raises questions lateAnswer openly and early, with Jordan Pike and Hamza Akhtar

Communication

Hamza Akhtar will send a short weekly note covering progress, open points and next steps. Hollie Grieve joins the check-ins from phase three so the handover is not a surprise.
