What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lewis Kerr's 5 Oct 2026 proposal offers B-Viz on the Growth tier at £50k a year, with a £62k first-year total including the one-off implementation fee. It is a proposal, not an order form, and no service figures are stated.
What it is: a sales proposal from Lewis Kerr, filed as final, for the trade-counter, key-account and credit teams. The text says Fewston "is evaluating B-Viz on the Growth tier", so it is an open item, not a contract.
Commits: nothing binding. It states the annual subscription of £50k and a total of £62k for the first year, invoiced annually in advance on thirty-day terms, with quarterly invoicing on request.
Unusual: the £62k is "not an annual price"; it is the subscription plus the one-off implementation fee. Nobody should read it as ARR. No discount is stated.
Not settled: the implementation fee amount, the connectors and any live-within-days commitment, the start date and the day-to-day lead. Service levels are only "the standard Growth service levels", with no availability or P1 figures. Signature depends on an order form under the MSA, which does not yet exist in this document.

Body
Fewston Heating Supplies - Proposal
Prepared by: Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 5 Oct 2026 Prepared for: Fewston Heating Supplies, Harrogate
1. Context
Fewston Heating Supplies is a plumbing, heating and renewables merchant with about sixty trade counters across Yorkshire and the North East. Following the introduction from Strensall Merchants, Fewston is evaluating B-Viz on the Growth tier.
The goal is for the trade-counter, key-account and credit teams to see each installer account in one view, and to ask questions of that view instead of reconciling several systems by hand.
2. What we propose
B-Viz on the Growth tier, built and run inside Fewston's own Snowflake account. Growth is designed for several teams working from the same data.

| Area | What Fewston gets |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Teams in scope | Trade counters, key accounts, credit |
| Users | The Growth user allowance |
| Connectors | The Growth connector allowance |
| Features | Pages, chat and search, plus the dashboards builder |
| Reviews | Quarterly business reviews with a customer success manager |
| Service levels | The standard Growth service levels, including the nightly refresh |
3. Implementation
The Growth implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee piece of work. It connects the agreed source systems to B-Viz, builds the first shared view of each installer account and trains the three teams. It follows the standard Growth implementation timetable. Any connector named in the order form carries a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days.
4. Pricing
All prices are in GBP and are shown before VAT.
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Annual subscription, Growth (annual price) | £50k |
| Total deal amount, including the one-off implementation fee | £62k |
The deal amount of £62k is the total value of the first year: the annual subscription of £50k plus the one-off Growth implementation fee. It is not an annual price. From the second year the annual subscription is the only recurring charge.
The subscription is invoiced annually in advance, on thirty-day terms. Quarterly invoicing is available on request.
5. How we would work together

6. Next steps
- Fewston reviews this proposal with the trade-counter, key-account and credit teams.
- We agree the first source systems, the day-to-day lead and the target start date.
- I prepare an order form under the MSA for signature.
- Implementation starts once the order form is executed.
If anything here needs changing, tell me and I'll send that over today.
Kind regards, Lewis
