What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Internal draft proposal from Lewis Kerr for B-Viz on the Growth tier: £50k annual subscription and a £62k first-year total including implementation. It is unissued and several points are open, including the first connectors.
What it is: a draft proposal dated 30 Sep 2026, marked "Draft" for internal review before it goes to the customer. It covers the trade-counter, key-account and credit teams, with Strensall Merchants named as the referrer.
Commits: nothing yet, as it is not issued and no order form exists. It states the price as "Annual subscription, Growth (annual price)" of £50k, and a deal amount of £62k that is "not an annual price". Invoicing is annually in advance on thirty-day terms, with quarterly on request.
Unusual: the standard Growth service levels are referred to but no figures are stated. Connector commitments are described only as "live within an agreed number of days", and Lewis still has to check their wording.
Not settled: first source systems and their owners, whether the credit team wants the dashboards builder from the first week, the day-to-day lead, the signatory and the implementation start date. The £62k is a draft figure, not a contracted price.

Body
Fewston Heating Supplies - Proposal v1
Status: Draft for internal review before it goes to the customer.
Prepared by: Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 30 Sep 2026 Prepared for: Fewston Heating Supplies, Harrogate
1. Context
Fewston Heating Supplies is a plumbing, heating and renewables merchant with about sixty trade counters across Yorkshire and the North East. Strensall Merchants referred Fewston to us, and the team is evaluating B-Viz on the Growth tier.
The aim is simple. Today the trade-counter, key-account and credit teams each see an installer account through a different system. Fewston would like all three teams to see each installer account in one view, and to ask questions of that view without reconciling systems by hand.
2. What we propose
B-Viz on the Growth tier, built and run inside Fewston's own Snowflake account. Growth is designed for several teams working from the same data, which fits the three teams above.

| Area | What Fewston gets |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Teams in scope | Trade counters, key accounts, credit |
| Users | The Growth user allowance |
| Connectors | The Growth connector allowance |
| Features | Pages, chat and search, plus the dashboards builder |
| Reviews | Quarterly business reviews with a customer success manager |
| Service levels | The standard Growth service levels, including the nightly refresh |
Which source systems Fewston connects first is still to be agreed (see open points).
3. Implementation
The Growth implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee piece of work that connects the agreed systems, builds the first shared view of each installer account and trains the three teams. We will follow the standard Growth implementation timetable, and any connector named in the order form will carry a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days.
4. Pricing
All prices are in GBP and are shown before VAT. To put a number on it:
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Annual subscription, Growth (annual price) | £50k |
| Total deal amount, including the one-off implementation fee | £62k |
The deal amount of £62k is the total value of the first year: the annual subscription of £50k plus the one-off Growth implementation fee. It is not an annual price. From the second year the annual subscription is the only recurring charge.
The subscription is invoiced annually in advance, on thirty-day terms. Quarterly invoicing is available on request.
5. Open points
- Confirm the first source systems to connect, and who at Fewston owns each one.
- Confirm whether the credit team wants the dashboards builder from the first week or after go-live.
- Confirm who at Fewston will be the day-to-day lead and who signs the order form.
- Agree the target start date for the implementation.
- Lewis to check the final wording of the connector commitments before this goes out.
6. Next steps
- Review this draft internally and close the open points above.
- Issue the final proposal to Fewston Heating Supplies.
- Walk the three teams through it, with a demo on Fewston's own data where possible.
- Move to an order form under the MSA once Fewston is happy with scope and price.
Kind regards, Lewis
