BG-Demo's final onboarding plan, prepared 14 Mar 2026, for a Growth implementation of eight weeks with up to eight connectors. Term runs 6 Mar 2026 to 5 Mar 2027. It states £48k as annual recurring revenue and no availability or P1 figure.

What it is: an internal BG-Demo plan by Laura Penhaligon taking the customer "from signature to a working B-Viz". It sets four phases, five milestones and owners, and follows the executed order form.

Commits: a "fixed-fee engagement of eight weeks, with up to eight connectors", and a nightly refresh that completes "by 07:00 on business days". Milestones run from kick-off in week one to handover in week eight.

Unusual: nothing off standard terms. The plan itself notes that nobody is yet named for the customer project lead and IT contact, and that more than eight connectors is a change of scope via Sophie Ling.

Not settled: the plan does not state the implementation fee, availability, P1 response time or service credits. The £48k is labelled annual recurring revenue here and should be checked against the executed order form. The plan also reports usage and ticket status without dating it, so it may be stale.

Astley Brook Packaging - Onboarding Plan

Version: 1 (Final) Prepared: 14 Mar 2026 Prepared by: Laura Penhaligon, Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo

1. Purpose

This plan sets out how Astley Brook Packaging moves from signature to a working B-Viz, so that customer service, key accounts and credit can see each brand's orders, complaints and invoices together. It follows the executed order form, with a start date of 6 Mar 2026 and a term ending 5 Mar 2027.

The customer project lead and IT contact are to be confirmed to Laura in the first week, as nobody is yet named on the BG-Demo side for those roles.

4. Phases

The implementation is a fixed-fee engagement of eight weeks, with up to eight connectors.

Phase one: Access and set-up (weeks one and two)

  • Confirm the Snowflake environment and the access BG-Demo needs.
  • Agree the list of connectors and the order they go live in.
  • Name the administrators for the Customer.
  • Owner: Laura Penhaligon, with the Customer's IT contact.

Phase two: Connect and load (weeks three to five)

  • Connect the first sources, starting with those that carry orders, complaints and invoices.
  • Check records are arriving and the nightly refresh completes by 07:00 on business days.
  • Review the first loads with the project lead for gaps.
  • Owner: Laura Penhaligon.

Phase three: Join the data (weeks six and seven)

  • Link records so each brand shows as one customer across orders, complaints and invoices.
  • Set up the pages and the first dashboards for customer service, key accounts and credit.
  • Owner: Laura Penhaligon, with the project lead.

Phase four: Rollout and handover (week eight)

  • Training for the first group of users, then the wider licensed users.
  • Agree the first questions each team will ask B-Viz.
  • Hand over to Amara Obi for adoption and the first quarterly review.
  • Owner: Laura Penhaligon and Amara Obi.

6. Where we are now

The account is in onboarding. Usage so far is very light, with fewer than one active user on average, which is normal at this stage. One support ticket has been raised and none are high priority. No invoices are overdue.

7. Risks and what we need from the Customer

  • Access delays. Snowflake or source system permissions arriving late is the most common cause of slippage. The IT contact should be named early.
  • Connector count. The order form covers up to eight connectors. Anything beyond that is a change of scope and goes through Sophie Ling.
  • Adoption. The 40 licensed users should be rolled out in groups, so the first teams see value quickly.
  • Ownership. At least two Customer administrators should be named, so that a single absence does not stall the programme.

8. Next steps

  1. Customer confirms its project lead and IT contact to Laura this week.
  2. Laura circulates the connector order for agreement.
  3. Amara introduces herself and agrees the date of the first quarterly review once the rollout is under way.
