What this says

Final-status proposal dated 14 Jul 2026 from Tom Ashdown for B-Viz Enterprise at £125k a year, with a first-year total of £155k including implementation. It is not contracted: no order form is signed, and no service-level figures are stated.

What it is: a proposal for the Enterprise tier, written as part of the agency's public tender response. It says "Nothing is contracted until an order form is signed under our MSA", so it is an open item, not a contract.

Pricing: the table gives "Enterprise annual subscription (billed annually in advance)" at £125k and a first-year total of £155k including the one-off implementation fee. Payment terms are thirty days, with quarterly billing on request.

Service levels: the text refers to the Enterprise service levels and says service credits apply to availability and data freshness. It gives no percentages or response times, and says the order form "takes precedence over the standard terms".

Not settled: the connectors and their go-live days, the signatory, any discount (none assumed), the tender outcome and the procurement timetable. The evidence does not show whether an order form followed.

Body

Kielderside Growth Agency - Proposal

Prepared for: Kielderside Growth Agency, Newcastle upon Tyne Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 14 Jul 2026 Version: Final Proposed tier: Enterprise

Context

Kielderside Growth Agency is owned by six North East councils. It supports and account-manages several thousand growing businesses and runs grant programmes on behalf of its owners. We understand that you are evaluating Enterprise through a public tender, and that this document forms part of our response.

The problem you describe is a familiar one. Account managers, the enquiries line and the grants team each hold a part of the story of a business, in different systems. When a business calls, or when an account manager prepares for a meeting, someone has to piece the picture together by hand. That takes time, and it means colleagues sometimes work from different versions of the facts.

Your aim is for account managers, the enquiries line and the grants team to see each business in one view.

What we are proposing

Read the whole document (6,396 characters)

We propose B-Viz on the Enterprise tier. B-Viz is a single, AI-queryable layer over the systems your teams already use. It is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays under your control and is not copied into a separate platform.

In practice, this means:

  • Account managers can ask a plain-language question about a business and get an answer drawn from your CRM, emails, calls, tickets and grant records together.
  • The enquiries line can see the history of a business before picking up the conversation, rather than starting from scratch.
  • The grants team can see how a business has engaged with the agency more widely, not only the grant file in front of them.
  • Managers can look across the whole portfolio without asking each team for a separate extract.

Scope

AreaWhat is included
TierEnterprise, company-wide
UsersThe Enterprise user allowance
ConnectorsThe Enterprise connector allowance, for the sources your three teams rely on
FeaturesPages, chat and search, the dashboards builder, quarterly business reviews
Access and identitySingle sign-on and automated user provisioning (SSO and SCIM)
SponsorshipA named executive sponsor at BG-Demo
SecuritySecurity review support during implementation
Service levelsThe Enterprise service levels, including availability, priority response and data freshness commitments

The exact connectors will be agreed with your teams at the start of implementation and written into the order form, each with a commitment to go live within an agreed number of days.

Implementation

Implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee engagement on the standard Enterprise timetable. It covers:

  • Connecting the agreed sources to B-Viz inside your Snowflake account.
  • Matching records so that each business appears once, whichever team first recorded it.
  • Setting up SSO and SCIM with your IT team.
  • Supporting your security review, including the questionnaire and any follow-up questions from your information governance colleagues.
  • Training for account managers, the enquiries line and the grants team, with the first dashboards built around the questions each team asks most.

We will agree the plan, owners and milestones with you before work starts. We would expect your side to provide a lead from IT, a lead from each of the three teams, and timely access to the systems concerned.

Pricing

ItemAmount
Enterprise annual subscription (billed annually in advance)£125k
One-off implementation fee, including security review supportIncluded in the total below
Total deal value (first year, including implementation)£155k

The annual price of £125k is the recurring subscription. The total deal value of £155k is the first-year figure and includes the one-off implementation fee, which does not recur. Nothing is contracted until an order form is signed under our MSA, and until then there is no contracted recurring revenue from this proposal.

Optional extras are available if you want them, including Premium support, the Sandbox, dedicated data residency and an on-site training day. They are not included in the figures above, and we would price them separately on request.

Standard payment terms are thirty days. Quarterly billing can be arranged on request.

Service levels

Under Enterprise, availability, first response to priority incidents and the nightly data refresh are covered by the Enterprise service levels. Service credits apply to availability and to data freshness. Any variation you need for the tender can be written into the order form, which takes precedence over the standard terms.

Why Enterprise for the agency

  • Three teams, one view. The value comes from joining the enquiries line, account management and grants. That is a company-wide use, which is what Enterprise is designed for.
  • Public-sector assurance. Because B-Viz runs inside your own Snowflake account, you keep control of where the data sits and who can reach it. The security review support is part of the implementation.
  • Identity management. SSO and SCIM mean joiners and leavers across your teams are handled through your existing process.
  • Sponsorship. An executive sponsor gives your leadership a direct line into BG-Demo through the first year.

What this proposal does not cover

This proposal does not set out the tender scoring, procurement timetable or evaluation criteria, which are matters for your procurement team. We have not assumed any discount. If your tender documents ask for a particular format, we are happy to reshape this content to fit.

Next steps

  • Your procurement and information governance colleagues review this proposal alongside the tender response.
  • We run a working session with the leads from the three teams to confirm the sources to connect.
  • We take your security questions and answer them in writing.
  • If you decide to proceed, we prepare an order form under our MSA for signature, with the connectors and go-live commitments listed line by line.

Tom Ashdown will be your contact throughout. Please send any questions on scope, price or timetable to him directly.
