What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026BG-Demo's final tender response to Kielderside Growth Agency, dated 23 Jun 2026, proposing B-Viz Enterprise for one hundred and fifty users on the EU cluster. Subscription is one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds a year; implementation is thirty thousand pounds, one-off. No discount applied.
What it is: a proposal answering the agency's tender, prepared by BG-Demo and signed off by Tom Ashdown as single point of contact. It is a proposal, not a contract, so it is an open item.
Commits: it offers Enterprise service levels, with "service credits that cover both availability and data freshness". It states no percentages or response times, and says exact wording will be set in the order form.
Unusual: data is held on the EU cluster, and the response says "We have not applied a discount in this response." Connector commitments are left open until systems are confirmed.
Not settled: the list of systems to connect, connector go-live days, any signature, start date or renewal date. The text says "an executed order form takes precedence over this response", and the evidence does not show that one exists.

Body
Tender response
Prepared for: Kielderside Growth Agency, Newcastle upon Tyne Prepared by: BG-Demo, London Date: 23 Jun 2026 Status: Final
Summary of our response
Kielderside Growth Agency is owned by six North East councils. It account-manages around four and a half thousand growing businesses and runs grant programmes. Today the account managers, the enquiries line and the grants team each see only part of a business. Your tender asks for one view of each business that all three teams can use.
BG-Demo proposes B-Viz Enterprise: one AI-queryable layer over the systems you already use, built and run inside your own Snowflake account. Your data stays in your environment, held on the EU cluster. Your teams ask questions in plain language and get answers drawn from every connected source, instead of reconciling systems by hand.
In short, we are offering:
- the Enterprise tier, for one hundred and fifty users
- single sign-on, with SCIM user provisioning
- data held on the EU cluster
- a fixed-fee Enterprise implementation over twelve weeks, with security review support included
Your requirement as we understand it
Read the whole document (6,608 characters)
Your requirement, as we read it in the tender:
- Account managers need the full history of each business they look after, without switching between systems.
- The enquiries line needs to see, while a business is on the phone, who already looks after them and what has been discussed.
- The grants team needs to see which programmes a business has applied to or received, alongside the account relationship.
- IT and information governance need to be confident about where the data sits, who can reach it and how access is controlled.
If we have misread any of this, we would like to hear it before any clarification deadline you set.
What B-Viz does for you
B-Viz connects your CRM, calls, emails, tickets, finance and other sources into one layer that people can search and question. For an agency like yours that means:
- Pages and search: a single page for each business, pulling together contacts, conversations, enquiries and grant activity.
- Chat: staff ask questions such as which businesses in a council area have had no contact recently, and get an answer with the source records behind it.
- Dashboards builder: your own team can build views for programme reporting back to the six councils.
- Nightly refresh: data is refreshed overnight and is complete by 07:00 on business days, so teams start the day on current information.
We will confirm the exact list of systems to connect during the first weeks of implementation. Where we have not yet seen a system, we will say so rather than assume it connects.
Commercial offer
| Item | Description | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription | B-Viz Enterprise, one hundred and fifty users, annual, invoiced annually in advance | One hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds a year |
| Implementation | Enterprise implementation, fixed fee, one-off, twelve weeks, including security review support | Thirty thousand pounds |
Notes on the pricing:
- The subscription is an annual price. The implementation fee is separate, one-off and fixed.
- Prices are in pounds sterling.
- We have not applied a discount in this response.
- Any connector we commit to in an order form will carry a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days. We will agree those commitments with you once the systems are confirmed.
Security, access and data location
This section covers what your information governance team will ask first.
- Where the data lives. B-Viz is built and run inside your own Snowflake account. For this tender your data is held on the EU cluster.
- Single sign-on. Enterprise includes SSO, so staff sign in with the credentials they already use. SCIM provisioning means joiners and leavers are reflected without manual clean-up.
- Security review. Our implementation includes support for your security review. Hannah Lowe, Solutions Engineer, will lead the technical review. Theo Gallagher, Solutions Engineer, will handle the questionnaire answers and the evidence that goes with them.
- Evidence. Where you ask about a control, we will answer with the control reference and the evidence we can supply. If we are not sure of an answer, we will check it with our platform team and come back to you in writing rather than guess.
Service levels
The Enterprise service levels apply: the Enterprise availability commitment, the Enterprise first-response time for the most serious tickets, and service credits that cover both availability and data freshness. These are the strongest levels BG-Demo offers. We will set out the exact wording in the order form, and an executed order form takes precedence over this response.
How we would deliver
The implementation runs for twelve weeks. In outline:
| Phase | Focus | Lead |
|---|---|---|
| Mobilise | Confirm sources, access and the people who will own each team's use | Tom Ashdown with your project lead |
| Connect | Connect the agreed systems inside your Snowflake account, EU cluster | Hannah Lowe |
| Secure | Complete the security review and agree evidence | Theo Gallagher |
| Launch | Single sign-on live, training for account managers, the enquiries line and the grants team | Hannah Lowe |
| Hand over | Review usage, agree the first questions to track, confirm ongoing support | Tom Ashdown |
Enterprise includes an executive sponsor on the BG-Demo side, so there is a named senior contact for the agency throughout.
Assumptions
- You will provide named contacts for each connected system and for information governance.
- The user count of one hundred and fifty covers the account managers, the enquiries line and the grants team. If you need more users or connectors later, we can add them as add-ons.
- Systems not yet confirmed will be assessed in the first weeks, and any that cannot be connected will be raised with you at once.
Next steps
- We are glad to run a demonstration on a sample of your own data, if the evaluation panel would find that useful.
- Theo Gallagher will work through any security or governance questionnaire the panel sends, with evidence attached.
- Tom Ashdown is the single point of contact for commercial questions and clarifications.
Thank you for the opportunity to respond.
