What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final v1 renewal proposal from Tom Ashdown dated 17 Nov 2025, proposing Growth at £58k a year, with a stated total value of £116k for the term. It is a proposal, not an executed order form, and it states no availability or P1 response figures.
What it is: a renewal proposal for the term ending 16 Jan 2026, prepared by Tom Ashdown with Marcus Bell as customer success lead. It says "We propose to renew Kelbrook on the Growth tier, with the same scope you have today."
Commits: nothing binding. It proposes an annual price of £58k, billed annually in advance on 30-day terms, against contracted annual recurring revenue of £56k. It notes "The total value of £116k is the value of the renewal over its full term and is not an annual figure."
Unusual: the term length is not stated, and service levels are only referred to as the "Growth service levels" with no figures. The proposed price sits under the v2 Growth list of £50k in the company brief, and the document does not explain why.
Not settled: the document says "The executed order form is the document that fixes price and terms." The evidence does not show whether a renewal order form was signed, or whether the customer accepted this price.

Body
Kelbrook Mutual Insurance - Renewal Proposal
Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BG-Demo Customer success lead: Marcus Bell, BG-Demo Date: 17 Nov 2025 Status: Final, version 1
1. Purpose of this proposal
Kelbrook Mutual Insurance has been a B-Viz customer since 17 Jan 2024. The current term ends on 16 Jan 2026. This document sets out what we propose for the renewal, what the renewal costs, and the steps we suggest between now and the end of the current term.
We have kept it short and practical. It should give your team what it needs to agree the renewal without having to chase us for detail.
2. Where you are today
Kelbrook is a mutual insurer owned by its members, covering schools, churches, charities and community buildings across the UK. You chose B-Viz so that member services, underwriting and claims can see each member's policies, claims and calls together, in one place, inside your own Snowflake account rather than by reconciling several systems by hand.

3. How the last year has gone
The picture is a healthy one, and we want to say so plainly.
- Usage is growing. The number of people using B-Viz on a typical day has risen noticeably compared with the previous quarter. More of your teams are asking questions of the data, which is the best sign we have that it is earning its place.
- Support has been quiet. There has been a single support ticket in the last month, and none of high priority. Nothing is waiting on us.
- Billing is clean. There are no overdue invoices on the account.
We would not want to over-read a few weeks of figures. Marcus will bring the fuller usage picture, including who is asking the questions and which teams are leading, to the next review so that you can judge the value for yourselves.
4. What we propose
We propose to renew Kelbrook on the Growth tier, with the same scope you have today.
4.1 Scope
- Growth tier subscription, covering several teams across member services, underwriting and claims
- Licensed users: 80
- The Growth connector allowance, so the systems already connected to B-Viz stay connected
- Pages, chat and search across your connected data
- The dashboards builder
- Quarterly business reviews with Marcus Bell
- The Growth service levels, including the standard nightly refresh and the Growth first-response commitment for urgent issues
Nothing about how B-Viz runs for you changes. It continues to sit inside your own Snowflake account, and your data stays where it is.
4.2 Pricing
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual price | £58k |
| Total value of this renewal | £116k |
The annual price is £58k. The total value of £116k is the value of the renewal over its full term and is not an annual figure. Your current contracted annual recurring revenue is £56k, so the proposed annual price reflects a modest movement from where you are now.
There is no implementation fee on a renewal, because the platform is already live and connected.
4.3 Billing
- Subscription billed annually in advance
- Payment on 30-day terms
- Quarterly billing is available if your finance team prefers it; please let us know
- All invoices in pounds sterling
5. Why renew on Growth
Growth fits how Kelbrook uses B-Viz today. Several teams rely on it, the dashboards builder lets your own people build the views they need, and the quarterly reviews give us a regular point to check that the value is real and visible. With user numbers rising, there is no sign that you have outgrown the tier.
If, during the term, you find you want more users or more connectors, or a wider rollout to further teams, we can talk about add-ons or a different tier at that point. We are not proposing any of that now.
6. Proposed timetable
| Step | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Share this proposal with Kelbrook | Tom Ashdown | Done with this document |
| Walk through usage and value at a review | Marcus Bell | In the coming weeks |
| Questions on scope or price | Tom Ashdown | As they arise, no later than the new year |
| Renewal order form issued for signature | Tom Ashdown | Once the scope is agreed |
| Current term ends | n/a | 16 Jan 2026 |
We would like the renewal order form signed comfortably before the current term ends, so that nobody is working against the clock over the holiday period.
7. Assumptions
- The scope above is unchanged from your current Growth subscription.
- The renewal is governed by your existing master agreement with BG-Demo, with the new order form sitting under it.
- The executed order form is the document that fixes price and terms. This proposal is a basis for that conversation and does not replace it.
8. Next steps
- Read this proposal and send any questions to Tom Ashdown.
- Agree a date for the usage and value review with Marcus Bell.
- Confirm that you are happy to proceed on the scope and price above.
- We issue the renewal order form for signature.
Tom is happy to talk it through whenever suits. No drama: if anything here does not match your expectations, tell us and we will sort it.
