What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Jordan Pike walked Christine DiNardo through a Growth proposal for the referral team at £62k all in for the first term. Close is pencilled for 26 Nov 2026, a plan only. Discount is not promised.
What happened: Jordan set out one team on the Growth tier. He said the £62k is the total for the first term, implementation included, not an annual price.
Customer view: Christine asked whether the subscription sits inside the figure, and said Mark hates surprises in the second year. She wants the refresh, Snowflake and access points in plain words at the front.
Commercial: The expected close of 26 Nov 2026 depends on the security review and IT sign-off. The helpdesk connection is open scope, and no discount was promised.
Watch: The price split is still unwritten, and the evidence does not show Mark's view or any signed paper.

Transcript
- Jordan PikeHi Christine, good afternoon. Quick agenda: I'll walk through what we'd scope for one team, then the price, then what you need to take to Mark.
- Christine DiNardoGood afternoon, Jordan. I've read the summary. Go ahead.
- Jordan PikeSo the proposal is for the referral team on the Growth tier. One team, the referral workflow, and the connectors that feed it. Is that still how you'd describe it?
- Christine DiNardoYes. Operations has asked whether IT can connect the helpdesk at the same time, and I said we'd come back to you.
- Jordan PikeThen let's note that as a question for the scope. Theo can look at it with IT. I'd rather not promise it on this call.
- Christine DiNardoThat's fair. Operations will be disappointed, but fair.
- Jordan PikeHere's where we are on price. The deal is £62,000 all in, implementation included. That's the total for the first term, not an annual price.
- Christine DiNardoRight. So the implementation is inside the sixty-two, and then the subscription on top, or is the subscription inside it too?
- Jordan PikeI want to be precise, because it matters. The order form will split it clearly. I'd rather you see the split in writing than take my word for it on a call.
- Christine DiNardoMark will ask exactly that. He hates surprises in the second year.
- Jordan PikeThen he'll get the split in the order form, with the renewal terms written out. Nothing hidden.
- Christine DiNardoGood. What's the timing? We'd like something signed around the end of the year, before the conference.
- Jordan PikeWe've pencilled 26 Nov 2026 as the expected close. That's a plan, not a commitment, and it depends on the security review and IT sign-off.
- Christine DiNardoUnderstood. Let's keep it as a target, then.
- Jordan PikeOn the scope, the data stays in your Snowflake account, the nightly refresh is by 07:00 local time on business days, and Theo's controls note covers access. Those are the three things Mark asked about.
- Christine DiNardoGood. I want those in the proposal in plain words, not in the legal bit at the back.
- Jordan PikeAgreed. I'll write them in plain words at the front.
- Christine DiNardoWhat about the phone calls? Is that in the price, or is it extra?
- Jordan PikeCalls are part of the scope we've described, with restricted access. If the physician team wants more recordings connected later, that's a conversation about scope, and I'd rather be straight about that now.
- Christine DiNardoFair. Let's not sell Mark something and then have to come back for more.
- Jordan PikeExactly. Honest scope now beats an argument in six months.
- Christine DiNardoRight. Walk me through what Mark will need from us before he signs. I don't want to send him anything half done.
- Jordan PikeThree things: the security summary, which is with you, the controls note from Theo, and a one-page cost view. He asked for the cost view in one slide, so we'll give him exactly that.
- Christine DiNardoOne slide. That's good. He'll like that.
- Jordan PikeAnd compliance needs to see the access rules before IT signs off, so that's the order I'd suggest.
- Christine DiNardoYes. I've got compliance booked for next week.
- Jordan PikeOn the discount, I'm not making any promise on this call. I'll look at what's available for the first term and come back to you in writing.
- Christine DiNardoMark will ask. I'd rather know now than be surprised in the room.
- Jordan PikeUnderstood. You'll have it in writing, with the limits and what it doesn't change at renewal.
- Christine DiNardoOkay. Let me think about what I'd put in front of Mark first, in a sentence.
- Jordan PikeTake your time. Here's a sentence you can use if it helps: the referral team gets one place to find where a result is, and the spreadsheet gets retired.
- Christine DiNardoMm. That's the sentence. Use it in the proposal, with the spreadsheet bit.
- Jordan PikeNext steps. I'll send the written proposal and the split of the price this week. You'll send the compliance feedback, and Theo will join the next call for IT.
- Christine DiNardoThat works. Send it to me and copy Mark directly, so he doesn't wait on me.
- Jordan PikeWill do. Talk soon.
- Christine DiNardoTalk soon, Jordan. Thanks.
- Jordan PikeThanks, Christine. Bye.
